We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines. The location was great, very convenient. It’s very quiet and the views were amazing. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was ready when we arrived and it was smooth to get in. The location is fantastic and we especially loved watching the dolphins and deer from the porch. The pool was perfect for cooling down every afternoon. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us!

The view was absolutely breathtaking! The condo is very nice and comfortable. The host was very accessible for questions and quick to respond. We would absolutely come back!

Check in was easy and upon arrival the unit was perfect. The views were great with wonderful sunsets from the balconies. We've stayed at the complex before and really enjoy easy access to the beach and pool. Sea Pines is a favorite and the location, across the street from the Salty Dog, makes it simple to have a nice drink after a wonderful day on the beach. The owners provided beach chairs and beach towels, and every kitchen ammenity needed. Would stay at this unit again and again.

The views from this condo are incredible! It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. We saw dolphins and deer every day from the balcony. Very clean and location is great! Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the location. Owners were great to deal with and communication was great. The only issue was the guest tub/shower. The lip on the tub is very high and not easy to get in or out. We were thinking of brining another couple with us next time and realized this unit would not work for them with the tub/shower issue. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed the close ocean front views with the wraparound windows and porch. The convenience to the beach, pool, salty dog grill and the pickleball tennis center was a definite plus. Communications with the host were excellent.

Best beach, period!

Hudson and Kim’s property at Sea Pines is fantastic! The secluded, never crowded beach is perfect to watch the sunset over the sound. Don’t hesitate to book here, we’ve done it more than once!

Kim & Hudson’s villa is perfect! We have been coming to HHI for several years now and their place has been the best so far! The villa is stocked with almost anything you may need - extra fans, extra blankets/pillows, cooking needs and updated appliances! The villa was extremely clean and we could tell it has been cared for very well. The view is irreplaceable! We saw dolphins and deer almost daily. The beach closest to the villa was great for us with our 3 small boys - being able to walk right there made it very easy for us. The pool was awesome as well. The entire property felt very well maintained and safe. We absolutely loved our time there! Kim was quick to respond if we needed anything (thank you)! We highly recommend getting bikes just a short walk away from the villas and enjoying time at Salty Dog Cafe across the street.

Great place Great Location

We loved our stay!! The location is great and the views from the porch are AMAZING! We’ve been coming down to Hilton Head for 14 years and this was the best place we’ve stayed yet. Kim and Hudson were very responsive and great to work with! We look forward to staying here again.

Family Friendly Beachfront with amazing view!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the ease and convenience this condo offered with the beachfront access and pool! We love walking to salty dog or just around the property. Kim was also immediate to respond and always kind and so helpful! We will definitely stay again!

Paradise

This condo was everything and more than we expected. The layout of the condo and its location were perfect. The property manager was quick to answer all of my questions. We will, hopefully, stay at this exact condo again.

Location was fantastic!

This was our second stay on HHI. Enjoyed this location much better as the beach is less crowded. Seeing the dolphin and deer was fun! The unit was stocked with everything you can think of. The view was amazing and we enjoyed all the deck space.

Springtime Sunshine

We have been going to Hilton head for about 10 years and I’ve stayed in many different places. This property was the best so far. Beautiful view nicely appointed large and clean. It checked all the boxes.

Family Vacay Summer 2025

Our family of 4 visited Hilton Head for the first time. We love Sea Pines Tennis Villas in general because it what peaceful and quiet. Our unit was amazing, specifically the views. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Within Sea Pines there were so many things to do that you never need to leave that area of Hilton Head.

Love this property!

This is our 4th stay in this fabulous condo for me and my husband, and it was just as wonderful as ever. The new owners have done a great iob of maintaining what we love about the place. And per usual, the walk to the beach and the views can’t be beat! We will back! Highly recommend.
