We enjoyed our stay. The view of the Gulf was beautiful from the balcony. Parking was easy. The pools and hot tub were wonderful. Close to the beautiful white sand beach. Property is clean and quiet.

Very nice condo. Property was kept up well. Having laundry so close was nice. Hot tub was used by many little kids. Sign said children had to be over 12 years old.

Perfect anniversary trip!!

We were beyond pleased with our stay in perdido sun! Perfect walking distance to all the yummy restaurants and amazing beach views. The bed is super comfy and the view from the room is immaculate. We will be staying again!

First, the pros… Room was very clean and as advertised… It is an older room, so there are a few things that definitely were showing its age, but overall everything was pretty good. Bed was super comfortable. Balcony was nice. Beach was VERY crowded due to the amount of beach companies that set up in front of the condos. The cons have more to do with the property itself… There was only one working elevator so you waited forever to get anywhere. That was a deal breaker for me. Also, there are two walkways to the beach and one did not work so you actually had to go outside of the property to go out the gate… There was never anyone at the front desk if there were any issues that needed to be addressed.

Million Dollar View

This is our second year staying at the Perdido Sun. The views and sounds of the waves from the balcony are fantastic. We definitely will stay again here next year.

The view was incredible, the bed comfortable and the unit was easy to access. Check in and out was simple. The unit is older and the master shower area very small. (You have to walk into the bedroom to dry off.) The unit is above the pool and you can hear every conversation in the hot tub with the patio door open (which we wanted open the entire time). The rules for the hot tub are “no kids under 12” but that is not enforced and it was very popular with the kids. Overall, I liked the complex but will likely choose a different unit on my next visit.

Everything met our expectations and it was a great location if you’re looking to be on the beach. We would stay there again if we’re looking to chill on the beach. The communication through email & texts made the arrival & departure go smoothly!

Just as pictured

Location is great. Access to beach was great. Directly across from the restaurant The Jellyfish, which was delicious. The one bedroom was perfect for the 2 of us. View was beautiful.
