SunDaze Best! Completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, this cute condo is located on the third floor of the ever popular Perdido Sun Resort. Whether you are seeking a relaxing getaway or looking for adventure at the beach, this is the home away from home for you! Sundaze Condo greets guests with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico through floor to ceiling living room windows. This flowing floor-plan offers extra gulf-front windows compared to other one bedroom condos in the area. These windows give it a great, wide open feel. The main living area is furnished comfortably and offers a sleeper sofa for an extra sleep space. Relax with a large flat screen tv to stream your favorite shows and play your games after a great day at the beach. Walk out to the private Gulf-front balcony from the living area, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of a beach paradise.
The modern galley style kitchen includes full sized, stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with everything you need to create memorable meals or prepare snacks to enjoy while the sun is setting in the West. If you don't want to cook on vacation, we understand! Just walk across the street to enjoy delicious sushi or fresh gulf seafood instead. Villagio offers a lively restaurant/cocktail bar, ice cream shop, breakfast & brunch spot and a variety of shoppes.
The bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo. Enjoy a great night's sleep on a comfortable King sized bed. There is also a convenient half bath that serves the living area. This condo is perfect for anyone hoping to relax and catch up on rest, decompress and escape from work, or just looking for a great place to be home base during your amazing beach vacation. This is a beautiful place to stay in Perdido Key. This condo is immaculately clean, and recently remodeled. The balcony view to the southwest is fabulous. We enjoyed meals on the balcony, watching the birds and dolphin. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The property management people were fine to work with. The pools and hot tub looked nice, but it was too cold in March for us to go in. It's a family-oriented building, smaller than some of the huge towers in the area.

That southwest-facing balcony really does offer a great spot to relax—especially with views of the birds and dolphins while enjoying a meal. It’s great to hear the kitchen had everything you needed and that the property was a good fit with its more relaxed, family-oriented feel. Nicely decorated, great view. We have been coming to the Perdido Sun since 19 92, and it is remarkable how it is modern and up-to-date. Really reflects pride of ownership and an effective condominium association. Recommended to anybody.

Condo was great for 2 sisters looking for quiet beach time. This was perfect! Weather was perfect, ocean was warm and extremely calm. Couldn’t ask for a better trip.

Beautiful beach view

Condo has beautiful beach view, easy access to beach and restaurants. Only problem is there is no washer/dryer in unit as stated on listing, coin-op laundry is in lobby. Was a nice place for our anniversary beach trip.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Perdido Sun Resort. We are so glad you enjoyed the view and location. Perdido Sun is a popular complex in Perdido Key. The make the perfect beach getaway with all Gulf facing balconies, 2 pools and direct beach access. They also offer coin laundry off the lobby for guest convenience when staying in a 1-bedroom unit. The 2-bedroom units offer a private washer/dryer. We hope to see you back soon!

Great stay on the beach

Like most beachside properties, you can’t beat the convenience. Communication with the rental company was excellent. Condo itself had a couple minor repair needs and could use a little freshening, but nothing that detracted from the stay. Wifi was terrible, so come prepared to use data.

Quiet & Relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The condo was perfect for a last-minute getaway! We love Perdido Key & will consider staying here again. Because we were trying to get some much-needed rest, we had hoped to sleep in. Unfortunately, the blinds in the bedroom did not block outside lighting, and the room was as bright as having left a light on.

Great Condo

Of all the places we have rented from VRBO this was by far the cleanest and most accurately pictured. The only mentionable thing was that the shower tiles and shower head could use some extra cleaning as there was pink (likely mold) in some spots but otherwise we had an amazing stay in Perdido Key and plan to return in the future!! The rental agency was attentive and quick to respond to texts, the beach was beautiful despite the not so perfect weather and the balcony was a perfect place for coffee in the mornings!! We truly would recommend this place for a small group/family!!

Beautiful little condo

We were so happy with this condo! It was beautifully updated and perfect for me and two teen girls. We loved being in the third floor and so close to the beach. The view was fantastic. All questions we had leading to the trip were promptly answered and communication was easy. Our only issue was wifi trouble but I’m not sure that can be solved.

Beach getaway

Choose this place! Right on the beach with a great view from the balcony. We loved the decor with the beautiful guest bath tile and the blue glass knobs on the cabinets. The unit was updated and had everything we needed, even beach items. We would have loved a ceiling fan in the bedroom and on the balcony and curtains over the blinds in the bedroom. We walked across the street and visited with the property management staff and they were so friendly and helpful.

Not Comfortable

The door lock was a pain in the ass. The shower curtain and tile was disgusting, the bed was like sleeping on concrete so we tried the pull out sofa and that was worse, the ice maker didn't work. The patio furniture wasn't comfortable. The location and beach view was amazing! Only washer and dryers were down stairs in the basement coin operated and not very many. Everytime I went down they were always in use.
