Whilst still being in the very centre of Capitolo area, this lovely apartment is set in a small court yard away from the hustle and bustle of the lively main streets.

The apartment is located in a seaside village called “Macchia di Mare” with a free assigned parking space in front of property, free tennis court and is the ideal place for a break with children or adolescents. First of all, because the beach is just 200 metres away. Next, be-cause many activities are provided for youngsters from 5 to 17 years old. Sport activities, performances, tournaments or evening parties are on their summer programme.

Wonder around the small streets around the apartment and within minutes you will find plenty of excellent restaurants serving typical Apulian dishes, cafés, and bars catering for all ages and tastes. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, takeaway pizza, etc. are within walking distance, too.

The house comprises a kitchen with four-burner stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle; a living room with TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed; two bedrooms with a full size double bed amd two single beds joinable if necessary, and a comfortable bathroom with basin, toilet, bidet, and shower cabin.

This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Matera and Ostuni or the wonderful beaches of Monopoli.
