The townhome boasts a multi-level patio with ample seating, a small chiminea, and picturesque bay views. Sip cocktails with your crew as you listen to the soothing sounds of the waves. Inside, the sunlit living room invites you to stretch out and tune into favorite TV shows. As dinnertime approaches, indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. Seating is available for six between the two-person kitchen bar and the four-person dining table. End your days with a movie screening or board game night.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
