Now booking for the Spring, Summer & Fall 2026!
Spacious 5000 Square foot home is great for family reunions or to share with other families. Located just 1/2 Mile from the Beach, this house has 8 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 20.

LARGE FAMILIES WELCOME!
This beautiful house is huge and there is plenty of space for your family! We have a large outdoor deck, (outdoor furniture is available seasonally from May to September), and an under deck patio with a grill that is connected to the house gas. No need to worry about propane tanks. The driveway is also HUGE and parks 12+ cars There is a garage for your bikes and we have an outdoor shower, (available seasonally), to clean off after a great day at the beach.

REMOTE WORKERS WELCOME!
Want to get away for a few days? Come work remotely for a few days during the week.

We are located just 1/2 mile or 10 minute walk to Scarborough beach.

Let's talk HOUSE...

1ST FLOOR has 3 bedrooms, 3/4 Bath (Stand up shower) Washer Dryer, Pool table, Sunroom, then a Ping Pong Table & 2nd refrigerator in the Garage.

2ND FLOOR has a 30ft x 30ft open concept Kitchen/Living room/Dining room, and a 24ft x 16ft Sunroom connected to a 24 ft deck with furniture that seats 20 people. A full bathroom, and 2 Bedrooms... 1 bedroom also has a futon for extra sleeping space & a variety of board games for family fun.

3RD FLOOR has a huge master bedroom with private master bathroom, shower, Jet tub and large walk-in closet. This floor also has a 2nd full bathroom shared by 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen and a Trundle twin bed.

All bedrooms have a TV and queen size beds.

The kitchen will have everything you need for a very large crowd. We have a Keurig AND a 12 cup coffee maker, baking pans, lobster pots, and utensils/flatware for children. Child locks for cabinets are provided.

We have an Iron, Ironing Board and hair dryers.

In the shed/garage we have beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys.

Narragansett is full of summer fun. We are a short drive to:
- Galilee, home of the Block Island ferry.
- The Point Judith Light House
- Narraganset Beach
- The Coast Guard House Restaurant
- The Wall and Towers
- Iggy's Doughboys and Chowder House
- Aunt Carrie's Restaurant, Ice Cream and Gift Shoppe
- Roger Wheeler Beach & Salty Brine Beach
- Adventure Land, Mini Golf, Batting Cages, Bumper cars, Bumper Boats and Go carts!
- Yawgoo Valley waterpark is only 13 miles.
- Yawgoo Ski & Ride, Snow tubing in the winter!
-Newport is only 20 miles

The house was very spacious and clean! It was very close to the beach and other local restaurants. Though we didn't get a chance to enjoy the beach (it rained), we enjoyed the house!

House was perfect for a weekend wedding in Newport. We had 16 adults ages 20-95 and the house was perfect for a large family. House was in great neighborhood clean and comfortable. Would recommend this house to others the only thing would be mobility issues if you had someone who could not climb stairs there is a large staircase to reach the kitchen living area. Great Home!

Perfect for large groups

We love this area and this year we needed a large home to accommodate the entire family. This house was perfect, along with being spacious it was well equipped with everything that is needed in a home away from home. Amazing home and amazing home owners. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed.

The home owner was amazing to work with on securing this home as well as super responsive to our questions. The home was a half mile from the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. We truly were amazed at how gorgeous this home was. We went away as a girls weekend and it truly did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

Great stay over July 4th week!

My group of 6 (3 adult couples) loved the house. We spent 4 nights over July 4th week and had an amazing time and the house and location was a big part of it. It was clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from and was perfect for entertaining and hanging out. Great location as well right in the middle of Narragansett and only a half hour to Newport. Thanks to the owners for a great place to stay…they were a pleasure to coordinate and communicate with, and always quickly responded to messages and were very clear with instructions.

Great home for entertaining!

We rented this house to host my husband’s 40th birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect! There was enough space for everyone to spread out. We had dancing and a slide show in one room, games and a bar set up in another, and plenty of space for anyone who wanted to spend the night. Kathryn was great to work with and easily accessible during our stay.

Wonderful Beach House!

This house was much bigger than it looked in the photos. We had a larger group of 12 people and there was plenty of space! 4 separate full baths were a huge plus for getting ready. The kitchen was big enough for several people to cook/bake/prepare food all at the same time without getting in each others ways, and it had all the essentials. The close walk to the beach was beautiful for sunrise and sunset. We would love to come again some day!

Girls weekend

A group of 18 of us stayed here for a girls weekend in early May. The house was perfect for what we needed and there was plenty of room. We had no issues with running out of hot water, plenty of glassware and space for us all to sit inside or outside together. We text Kathryn a few times for quick questions and she got back to us so quickly. Would recommend this house for a big family or friend group gathering!

Reunion 2025

This was our eleventh biennial get-together with college friends, and everyone thought this was one of the best lodging experiences we have had. It's difficult to find accommodations for 16 people, and this one had it all. The property is well-maintained with plenty of room for everyone and offers a variety of conversation areas as well as little nooks to enjoy a bit of private time. The property is perfectly located within easy driving distance to most of Narragansett's attractions, beaches, shopping locations, and restaurants... even the Block Island Ferry Terminal is just minutes away! Our Host, Kathryn, was wonderful... she's accommodating, communicative, and personable. If you'll have us, we'd love to return, Kathryn!

Kanne Investments was created by me Kathryn Anne, and my Husband. It was our dream to someday own a beach house... And we have worked hard to get here, but still could not afford to purchase such a beautiful home without sharing it with others. I have worked in Telecommunications for 17 Years and my husband has been working in Manufacturing and Operations for 25 years. I am also in real estate and love houses, We have purchased, remodeled and sold a few homes to get to this point... It's been a labor of love with an eye on the beach house prize. My husband is also a handy man and a RI home inspector, which helps us when purchasing and fixing up our homes. We hope to share our home with other hard working people like us and their large families!!! We truly are hoping to be amazing hosts!

This house is MASSIVE, and when we saw it we were honestly impressed by its size when we pulled into the driveway. We fell in love this when we walked up to the 2nd floor and turned left, you will know what we mean... We could see our whole family gathered in one large open space and we were quite stunned by how well it fit our vision of the perfect family vacation home. It's large enough for our whole family and visitors. It's only 1/2 a mile to the beach!!! You can see the ocean from the master bedroom, and you can hear the waves crashing at night when you're out side.
We knew that this house would attract large families like ours, and that they would enjoy it just as much as we will. There is space for everyone and enough rooms and places for people to have their privacy when needed.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This house is unusually big at 5000 sq. ft. and it's incredibly spacious. Most rooms are larger than expected and it really is set up nicely with rooms spread out over 3 floors. It's decorated in the beach theme that makes it feel like a beach house! It has a garage for storing your bikes, with a ping pong table and second refrigerator. There is a pool table room!!!! Hanging outside in the sun is as easy as walking out the sunroom room door onto the huge deck! We have beach chairs here, umbrellas, beach toys.
