The property had everything you could think of that you might need, and even things you wouldn’t think of! It was beautiful, serene, close proximity to the beach and pool, and well priced! We would love to visit again!

Wonderful beach house. Great layout, lovely decorations, and very well stocked!! We LOVED the screened in porch being on the main floor. So nice to have 2 refrigerators and 2 washer and dryers in the main house and then another refrigerator and washer/dryer in the apartment above garage. The garage had loads of beach and pool toys which delighted our grandkids!! Easy walk to pool and close tram stop for beach! Seacrest is a wonderful community to stay in!!

The sanctuary was such an amazing trip for me and my girls for my bachelorette! The location, the house and everything else was truly such a fun, amazing experience! The hosts communicated effectively and efficiently if there was anything I needed! The house was super clean and we had everything we needed! This is my first time in Rosemary Beach and I will definitely be coming back!

The most beautiful house that was perfect for our group. Plenty of room to gather together and the sleeping options were perfect for larger groups. Wendy answered all my questions and was always available if needed. The pool was the perfect size. It was nice to have it right there. The neighborhood pool was wonderful too! We had everything we needed !

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was truly stunning and even more beautiful in person. My family stays in Seacrest every summer, and this was by far our favorite stay yet. The home was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we could have wanted for a relaxing getaway.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. We had such a wonderful time and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to book again!

The house was somehow more beautiful than it was in photos. Plenty of room for everyone on our trip. Wendy was so communicative, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. The house was clean, in a great walkable area. The neighborhood is also beautiful. Will be staying here again,

Wendy was the best host - very communicative and gave us a lot of information. The house was insanely cute - we also rented the space above the garage, and absolutely no regrets. Definitely recommend this house and location to everything!

This home was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved spending time on the porch, whether we were enjoying the cocktail pool or gathering in the gorgeous kitchen, every space felt inviting and comfortable.The location couldn't have been better. It was an easy walk to everything, yet the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and incredibly serene. It was truly one of the best vacation experiences we've had, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Our group of 12 had an amazing experience staying at The Sanctuary! The house is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with anything you would need for your visit. It is conveniently located to the pool, an easy walk to nearby stores/restaurants and a quick trolly or bike ride to the beach. We especially appreciated the bikes that came with the house and so many helpful beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc). The host, Wendy, was great with communication leading up to our visit and during our visit. We highly recommend The Sanctuary and plan to visit again!

This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, let alone the best stocked kitchen and very gorgeous. The house was as exactly described in the pictures as was the Carriage House. Wendy was amazing to communicate with, super responsive and full of great information and suggestions. There were a couple of amenities that weren’t working (ceiling fan in the Florida porch and a couple of the bicycles) but other than that everything was excellent, as described, and we will recommend to all of our friends who want to stay at 30A!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! We love to cook, so we keep our kitchen well stocked for ourselves and our guests. Thank you for your patience with the ceiling fan. It’s the last of the items damaged by a lightning strike that we will replace as soon as the new one arrives. I hope the tower fans made it more comfortable on the porch. And thank you for letting me know about needed bike maintenance. We have scheduled tune ups twice a year, but occasionally they need an extra tweak in between! I hope we can host your family again!

Will absolutely be recommending this property to everyone!!! The hosts were the sweetest people and so communicative—they gave the best recommendations and were incredibly accommodating!! The house itself was AMAZING and in the best location for exploring, plus such an easy walk to the beach. Everything was so clean, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool and screened-in patio were the perfect outdoor hangout spots!! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay—will definitely be booking with them again in the future!!

This VRBO was absolutely amazing for my bach trip! The house was beautiful, so clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking and hosting super easy, and the outdoor grilling area was a HUGE hit with our group. Also want to mention the beach is such a quick walk from the house! Also the gorgeous treehouse next to the main house was so nice and like a mini apartment. Also, having an ice maker for coolers may seem small, but it was seriously so helpful for a big group weekend.We had the best time here and I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The Sanctuary was the perfect home base for our 2 family spring break. The house was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. More than enough space for the 9 of us. The screened in porch was the favorite spot in the house for sure, and the kids loved the pool. The kids (all teens) used the bikes the entire week too.
