You will have access to the neighborhood’s pool, golf course, park, pavilion, boat dock (walking distance away) , boat parking, and beautiful walking trails on the neighborhood’s 18 hole golf course. There is no club house, so bring your own golfing gear. Golfing is $25 per person. Message me for more information. You can also bring your fishing gear and fish right in front of the house on the bulkhead! So peaceful and relaxing!

We do not recommend swimming in the lake as their have been sightings of alligators in the water.

This home comfortably sleeps four adults, but can sleep 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids). The upper bunk is suited for small kids.

We have a ring doorbell on the front porch, and a ring camera light outside on the back of house pointing to the parking lot.
