featuring a propane grill for a nice and relaxing cookout.
Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with it's own private
bathroom and cable TV! All rooms are equipped with
Smart TV's. Open floor plan kitchen, dining, and
living room for the perfect space for the whole family!
Only a 10 minute walk to the beach! And when you're
in the mood for a day of Golf or Tennis, you'll find you
are only about 100 yards from Robert Trent Jones Golf
Course and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball
Center!

Everything was smooth at checkin. House was clean. bathroom had been renovated. Carpet made the unit dated but it was otherwise great. Kitchen was well equipped. Patios needed blown, so that would be helpful. But it was overall great.

Beach Villa

Great location! Walking distance to the beach access. Quiet street for walking or riding bikes to the beach. Villa was nicely decorated, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation!

Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The rental company sent us everything we needed prior to arriving making the check-in process super easy. The condo was clean and spacious enough for multi-generational family get away. We had a great time!

Great week!

Property was clean and well furnished. Location was convenient to pool and beach. We had a fantastic visit and are looking forward to a return. One suggestion - please leave instructions for living room tv.

Quiet condo, great location.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Located in a condo community but in a smaller section of only 4 units so it was very private/ quiet. Quick bike ride to the beach or general store/tennis area, Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels for the stay. It was nice to have an initial stock of laundry/dishwasher soap as well, We would definitely stay again,

Great location

The property was very clean. My 2 Sons, daughter in laws, and 4 Granddaughter's were with us for our annual vacation together. The property was great for everyone. Each room had its own bathroom which made it nice. Pool was just across the street and the beach was a bike ride away. We loved the convenience to everything including Savannah which we visited one day. I highly recommend this location.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at Water Oak Villas. The townhouse provided a lot of room for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. The nearby area was quiet with little traffic. We used the kitchen regularly with no complaints. The grill was not great, but sufficient for burgers. Proximity to the beach is great. It was a 10 minute walk with no steep hills. We really enjoyed that area of the beach.

The condo was outfitted with everything we needed - including laundry detergent, all the pots and pans and cooking items we needed to make meals, and it's beautifully furnished. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach and the golf courses. The rental agency was incredibly responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend this condo to my friends.

Family vacation

We were very disappointed in the pool. The pool area was overgrown, and generally unkempt with leaves and branches everywhere. The bottom of the pool was moldy in the corners. There is no view of the golf course unless you are standing on the balcony of the second floor master bedroom. If you are sitting on the deck of the villa the golf course is blocked by vegetation.The grates on the grill were disgustingly dirty. There was mold all around the ceiling vents. The shower curtain in the first floor bathroom was moldy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly the condo was great and location was fantastic. A 2 minute walk to the pool which was not very crowded and a 3 to 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Condo was roomy and nice with 2 master suites with our family. My only complaint was when we arrived there was a pile of dirty towels on the floor along with used bars of soap and dirty was rags. Sea turtle, who manages this rental, was not available by phone at 8:30pm when we checked in so I sent an email they provided in the packet. They never responded and we were left to pick up dirty towels, was rags, and soap from the floor and clean it up ourselves. Just disappointed that you travel 14 hrs that day and expect the rental to be clean and we found what we found. Made us wonder how clean the rest of the place was???

Could use some improvements

The property did feel a bit tight for our family of five. The amply size of the laundry area/pantry was a gift since the kitchen is small. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and came with a starter set of trash bags, detergent, and paper towel. We ended up having to purchase more of these products during our stay. The air ducts upstairs, in particular the ones in the bedrooms, could use a detailed cleaning/replacement as they were very dirty. The grill starter did not work, so had to use a match to start it. The balconies off of the bedrooms were very dirty and basically unusable. The sliding door in the room with the two doubles was jammed and we could not open it. On our last day, the air temp in the master bedroom was quite high, though the thermostat was set to 70. Even with the ceiling fan on high, we could not stand it and as a result we decided to end our vacation early and leave that evening as we would not have been able to sleep that night. As for the location, it was within a 5 min bike ride to multiple beach access locations. The neighborhood is fairly quite with large shaded trees. We tried the pool on our second day and it was quite dirty. The water had a haze to it. My son was the only one to go in and came out after a few minutes saying it smelled bad. We ended up not doing the pool again and instead opted to go to the beach all week. This was a disappointment but didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
