Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully updated pet-friendly villa in South Forest Beach offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Ideally located just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the beach, and close to Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, this spacious retreat is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to experience the best of Hilton Head Island.

Designed to host up to 6 adults, the villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The upstairs primary suite includes a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second upstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own full bath. Downstairs, guests will find a comfortable bedroom with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the inviting living room includes a smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi for entertainment after a day in the sun.

The open-concept main living area is ideal for gathering together, with multiple dining spaces and a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Step outside to your private deck located just steps from one of the community pools, creating the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening island breeze.

Guests have access to three community swimming pools and tennis courts, along with added vacation conveniences including 4 complimentary adult bicycles and 4 beach chairs. Free parking and an in-unit washer and dryer make your stay even more effortless. This pet-friendly villa welcomes up to two well-behaved pets for an additional fee, so your furry family members can enjoy the island too.

With nearby beach access, scenic bike trails, local restaurants, shopping, playgrounds, and endless outdoor activities, this South Forest Beach getaway is the ideal place to create unforgettable Hilton Head memories.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The home was exactly as described...clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the location made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. The beach was a 2 minute bike ride and we really appreciated having the rentals included as part of the stay along with the beach chairs. Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was great! Newer w/d. free bikes! Nice pool right outside the back door. GREAT LOCATION right outside of Sea Pines gate.

We had a great time! Ocean breeze had everything we needed for our stay, was a great size, great location, having the bikes and chairs was a huge plus! We loved that we could bring our pup! However, the couch and chairs were pretty dirty, you could tell animals had maybe soiled them, when pet friendly maybe consider shampooing the living room furniture occasionally. The beds were comfortable and the supply of linens and basics was really helpful!! All in all we had a great stay and would recommend to others!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but the master upstairs bathroom had a bee and a cockroach which was a bit unsettling.

Great property and good value. Suggest you pull the furniture out and vacuum behind it. Little dirty and some pet hair collected behind it.

This vacation unit was nestled in a great location that offered excellent access to the beach and private pools. The lush tree covered grounds was also a joy. The townhome unit was serviceable and large enough but needed a few updates. The couch and the carpet were noticeably worn, wall trim needed cleaning/painting and the patio door did not have a screen. Not necessarily deal breakers but things that are expected in VRBO rentals.

Winter Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 5 weeks. Overall the place was perfect for us. Fully stocked kitchen. The furniture could be updated in the main living room. Couches were very comfortable though. Kitchen could use a little work to make it more modern but everything was functional. Bathrooms have been updated so they were nice. Location was good for us. Overall a great stay.
