Gather for game night or a quiet morning coffee in the open living areas, then head outside to enjoy the furnished patio and grill. The communal outdoor pool is a great spot to cool off after a day on the island, and the golf course setting provides a serene backdrop. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of a private washer and dryer, a laptop-friendly workspace, and a selection of board games for cozy nights in.

• Your booking allows for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Before driving to the unit, please stop at the Palmetto Dunes Pass Office to the left of the main gate (16 Queens Folly Road) to pick up your pass(es).
• This is a two-story home—stairs are required to access the bedrooms.
• Private laundry is available during your stay.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
