The two air-conditioned cottages for a total of 14 people offer first-class amenities. Seven bedrooms with large double beds are available. Each with its own en-suite luxury bathroom with floor-to-ceiling showers, double washrooms, contemporary tile and stylish design.
Warm wood and stone decor conjures up a modern and natural country house atmosphere in the living rooms and bedrooms. The furniture is massive and partially exclusive. In the living rooms is ever a comfortable stove. The three luxury kitchens with spacious fridge are an absolute dream for ambitious hobby cooks. The large window fronts reveal the view of the garden and let the rooms shine in the friendly light. The name says it all: The selected details and design pieces underline the unique ambience. Our property will not open its doors until May 2018 and is perfect for larger groups and families looking to spend their holidays together

A wellness paradise for well-being and diving

A highlight is the spacious chill out area in the outdoor area with 72 sqm large pool, chic sun loungers and private pond. A bridge leads you directly to a very special shadow place: a small house, which is equipped with a large well-being bed and a wonderful view of the garden. We have created a favorite place to dream, read and relax. For your personal relaxation program, our indoor spa oasis is also available: with Turkish and Finnish sauna, whirlpool and a heated swimming pool. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries after you have exhausted yourself in our fitness room.

In the Villa Ambiente you are completely alone

The property is located in a quiet secluded location, in the middle of Istria and surrounded by nature, about 20 kilometers from Pula. It is about 100 meters to the nearest neighbors. Abandoned like a Hollywood star, enjoy the private, exclusive atmosphere. The spacious property is surrounded by a wall and protects the villas from prying eyes. A small supermarket can be found in the one kilometer away Jursici, doctors and other shopping in eight kilometers away Vodnjan. A walk takes you to small bars and taverns where you can taste Istrian specialties and wines.

A big portion of extra service

The perfect starting point for excursions

To explore the beautiful nature and the popular coastal cities such as Rovinj (25 km away), Porec (40 km) and Pula (20 km), you should definitely treat yourself to a rental car. On the property there are parking facilities for a total of eight cars. Adventurous people will get their money's worth at Glavani Park, about 12 kilometers away. We also recommend a trip to the Brijuni Islands (15 km), the Plitvice Lakes, the largest national park in Croatia and the amphitheater of Pula.
