This newly renovated beachside villa in the private/gated Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is tastefully appointed with a beautiful second story view of the ocean, the largest pool on the island, and the beautiful salt marshes and live oaks - right from your balcony! The condo is one of the closest units to the beach (50 yards) ocean front pool and bar/restaurant and beach access, making it one of the best location in the huge resort. On sight amenities include laundry facility, oceanfront pool with food service, lighted tennis courts, on-site restaurant, fitness center, on site bicycle rentals, 24-hour security, and some of the finest beaches available and so easily accessible.

This one bedroom villa has an updated full kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. It can comfortably sleep 4 people, but can accommodate 2 more if using the sleeper sofa with comfortable gel foam mattress. Sleeping accommodations include a queen sized bed (memory foam mattress) in the main bedroom, 2 bunk beds for children in the corridor and the queen sized sofa sleeper (gel foam mattress) in the living room. Enjoy the 65 inch smart TV in the living room with included cable TV and several streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Prime Video).

Very Nice stay

It’s everything we could want and really enjoyed the balcony. The bunk beds are a little tight for bigger kids but there’s a pullout couch.

Room did not have enough toilet tissue. It had a mildew odor. We had to purchase lysol to rid the odor. Carpet and furniture needs cleaning. The location was hood and the view was bery nice. Amenities were sufficient.

Thank you for the comments. During this part of year with the temperatures cooler outside the air conditioner does not run to dehumidify the unit. We will invest in a dehumidifier to keep things more fresh during these times when the AC will not be running as often.

Great stay in Hilton Head Island!

We came for a long weekend after my husband had a conference during the week in Savannah. We had a great time! The resort was amazing and the unit location was fabulous. Rick was super easy to communicate with and I hope we can return again soon!

Such a nice vacation. Condo was very clean with a nice view. Very close walk to the pool and beach. Very large pool and extremely clean. Condo was decorated cute and had all the amenities needed for a week stay. I would recommend to anyone going.

The condo was clean and was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. Our children (8 yo and 5 yo), loved the bunk beds. We loved the close proximity to the beach! I gave 4 stars due to the condo was a little stuffy due to only being able to run the thermostat at 72, so we got a little warm at night. Other than that one thing, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend to a family with young children or a couple!

Amazing!!

Our 1st time to Hilton Head and it was amazing. Condo was super clean and had all the things we needed to eat in some. Host was very easy to get in touch with and answered back very quick with any questions we had. We didnt have beach chairs or umbrella and had planned on buying some when we got there but there were already ones there in the condo for us to use so saved us money. Will definitely be staying there again!!

Amazing customer service!

The property was great! It’s exactly how it’s described! We experienced a fluke incident where the air conditioner broke. The owner was so responsive having a technician come in the middle of the night to make sure we didn’t melt in the July heat. Accidents happen but how you respond to them is so important. This property gets 5 stars for the response alone!

The perfect stay

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip for the kids. We have never been to Hilton Head and it was perfect. This condo was super close to everything. They had pool parties, movies by the pool and games for the kids, a little bar by the pool for adults. There were a few different restaurants in walking distance and a few that delivered. The beach was beautiful. In the afternoons when the tide would go out we found 15 sand dollars ranging from half dollar size to the size of my palm. There were a couple shark sightings and the lifeguards on the beach were quick to pull everyone out of the water. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. There were board games and great channels for movies during the few pop up storms.

Cute, but not comfortable.

The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.

Great Beach Access! Please read!

This quaint room was perfect for our family needs: - extremely close to beach - easily accessible - updated condo The proximity to the beach was the star of this location. We had no stress coming back off the beach for our 4mo to feed or nap and get right back to where we left off. While we were there primarily for the beach, the resort was nice and everything was well explained and easily accessible from this location. I will say this as a fair warning, the owners want the air conditioning set at 75 so if you like it cooler, this is not the place for you. It was extremely humid and the AC was working on its own time - sometimes being up to 78 degrees with it not kicking on. While we were only there for a short time, it wasn’t a huge deal for us. But we were one day away from calling someone - super humid inside. They should install a living room ceiling fan to circulate the air. Overall we had a great time and loved it!

We appreciate the five star review. However, just to clarify, the air conditioning can be set to whatever temperature the guests desire during their stay and only needs to be set at a specific temperature for checkout to prevent needlessly wasting energy in between guests. The HVAC unit is one year old and is powerful enough to easily turn the unit into a refrigerator during your stay. Additionally, it has just recently received an annual service. We never heard any complaints during the guests stay about the AC but we have both the facilities maintenance and own HVAC company on standby for any issues should they present themselves.

Hilton Head Island is beautiful!! My concerns were with a few issues and items that arose during my stay.1. Balcony sliding door does not lock. 2. Bathroom tub faucet constantly drips. This caused mold to grow quickly in this humid environment.3. AC/Heat… shorts cycles whether on AC or Heat. Loud and annoying.4. Relatives tried to pick me up for dinner but were not allowed on the property even with my authorization over the phone unless they paid 25. 5. TV in the bedroom would not work. Unable to connect to internet or cable.All in all, a good deal and experience.

Exactly what we needed for a five night getaway! Brought along our toddler and this was just the right size! Easy walk to the pool, super family friendly, and the villa was so clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly, communication with the property owners was seamless, and the amenities on the resort really cater to families who don’t want to leave the resort! 10/10 👍🏼
