EAGLE BEACH - OCEAN FRONT LUXURY CONDO - AMAZING VIEWS!

This modern and spacious condominium is located on the beach front at Eagle Beach which is rated one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. From the condominium you have wonderful views of the white sandy beach, turquoise water and spectacular sunsets.

The condo is registered and certified by the Aruba Tourism Authority which has implemented a strict set of protocols to ensure enhanced cleaning practices and social distancing measures.

Tastefully decorated, the condo has an extra large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. It offers 2 double bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with twin beds. Each bedroom has a large built–in cupboard with ample space and the Queen bedroom has a wall mounted TV. There is a full modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer. The living/dining area is spacious with comfortable settees and chairs and has a panoramic sea view.

There is a separate glass top dining table with chairs for more formal dining. The lounge has a wall mounted 55’’ Smart TV with free cable system and broadband wireless internet connection. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and large breakfast bar with bar stools. The lounge area opens on to a large L shaped balcony with tables and chairs enabling you to eat and drink outside in comfort. There is also a further guest wash room. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The resort facilities include four large swimming pools, pool decks with lounge chairs and palapas (sunshades), tennis, padel, pickel and raquet ball courts, gym, saunas, children’s playroom, business centre and management office.

The condominium is situated in the low rise area. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, hotels/resorts, casinos and health/beauty spas. It is also minutes away from the Robert Trent 18-hole golf course and only 5 minutes away by car to the high rise area with many hotels, restaurants, bars, night clubs, casinos, cinemas, live theatre and health/beauty spas.

The capital Oranjestad with its duty free designer shops, restaurants, bars, casinos, museums and picturesque harbour is only 10 minutes away and the Reina Beatrix airport is 15 minutes. There is a bus stop outside the resort and taxis are readily available.

Aruba is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy what the friendly island has to offer. It is outside the hurricane belt and has an all year round tropical climate so you can visit any time of the year without a worry. What more can you wish for!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic week at this condo in Aruba!! The communication with the host/owner was top notch. The condo was sparkling clean on arrival and had everything we needed. The check in and check out processes were smooth. The beds and indoor air temps were very comfortable. We loved the location, the beautiful pools, and Eagle beach just across the road from the secured gate. We appreciated the extra snorkels, the beach chairs and cooler/ice packs along with so many other details that the condo included. We explored the island by foot, rental car, ABC jeep and UTV tours. We snorkeled at various locations on the west coast of the island. We highly recommend this condo on One Happy Island and hope to return!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this amazing condo! Everything was so beautiful and we had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable stay. Beautiful, clean, and well appointed condo in great location at Eagle Beach. The condo is even nicer than the pictures! The furniture and beds were comfortable, and it was SO well stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, floaties, and snorkeling equipment. The owners were wonderful at communicating and sent detailed instructions with lots of helpful tips about Aruba. The condo complex had several beautiful pools (the nearest one to the condo was the quieter one- just as nice as the main pools but not as busy- easy to get loungers in the shade)- and the beach just across the street was beautiful and not at all crowded- especially compared with the packed areas in front of adjacent resorts. There is also a gym, business center, and game room just outside our building. HIGHLY recommend!!

We absolutely loved this condo! The condo itself was very spacious and clean. The entire complex was very well maintained and safe. We never had a problem getting chairs in the shade at the pools and it never felt crowded. Any staff that we came in contact with was very friendly. Security walking around and talking to guests all the time. Great location across the street from Eagle Beach. We would definitely stay here again! We did not want to leave!!

Great location and condo

Really enjoyed our stay. Solid collection of needs provided. We had our own snorkeling equipment, but they had some, plus beach chairs, beach towels, and a fully loaded kitchen. Also, we were spoiled… Eagle Beach a few steps out the door is one of the nicest beaches. The beaches near the tower hotels are far less pleasant!Communicative and helpful staff and owners. If I could buy this unit, I would!

Exceptional stay

The property is first class beautiful. The actual residence is very, very nice. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable and well stocked with everything from what you needed to cook with and to make a day at the beach nice. The value of this place is off that charts for what you get and and how nice it is!

Perfection!!!

The condo was so very perfect! The location is wonderful and the condo had everything one could possibly need to have a great time. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling equipment, floats and even ice packs for the cooler were all there. The proximity to the airport and nearby nightlife and restaurants was awesome. Will definitely come back again!! We had the time of our lives!

Absolutely perfect for our week in Aruba

This spot was perfect for our family of four! It was immaculate, organized, and very comfortable. The pools and access to Eagle Beach were definitely highlights! The view from the balcony was a beautiful way to start our day. The kitchen was more than stocked. (I refused to prepare more than sandwiches on vacation but the kitchen has everything you need for full meal preparation.) Everything looks even better in real life than in the photos (and we thought it looked great in them). We rented a car, and the location is right in the middle of everything. The whole complex is gated and very secure (Aruba in general is safe anyway, but the gated access was extra nice). The beach chairs and toys were also lovely. We would sit under a palapa across the beach and enjoy the day. I didn’t take any interesting pictures inside the condo, but I’m including some nice ones from the grounds and beach directly across the street. Thanks again to the owners and Franklin for making us feel welcome and comfortable!

Great Condo on Amazing Beach

Really enjoyed our stay in the condo at Oceania. The unit was spacious and clean and included everything we needed for visits to the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, etc.) Even though it was spring break, this section of Eagle Beach and the multiple pools in the complex were never crowded. Easy to get taxis for going out to dinner or the store, and when we had a car the last few days it was super easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again when in Aruba.often had the

Amazing Condo at Eagle Beach

This was our first time to Aruba and the experience with the VRBO was amazing. From day one the owners were very informative and the description of the property was spot on. The condo was spacious and very clean. The property manager in Aruba met us at the condo to show us the unit and explain the complex which had four pools, tennis and pickle ball. The unit includes a balcony that has amazing views where you can see the ocean. My favorite morning coffee spot!! There are many restaurants in walking distance, along with a grocery store or you can easily call security and they will order you a taxi. The beach was never crowded and there are spots to get shade. The unit includes beach chairs, towels and some beach toys. I would absolutely recommend this place. An amazing vacation.

Great Week at Eagle Beach

My family enjoyed the condo and Aruba for the week. The condo is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is large and has everything you would need. Laundry is right in the condo and super helpful for drying towels/suits when needed. We have zero complaints about the condo or the complex itself. We used all the pools, the fitness center, the game room, and the beach of course. Would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a great week.

Great Condo and Property

Beach view condo

Great location, beautiful views. Condo has everything that you need. Pool is just in front of the condo, and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Beach on the Island

We just returned from Aruba and our stay at this location was amazing! The condo is very spacious and very clean! The view from the condo is amazing! We loved the location! We had fantastic communication with Ted and Marilyn. Anytime we had a question they responded very quickly. We would highly suggest anyone looking at this property to stay here. All of the people on the property were very nice and courteous! We felt very safe on the island and are looking forward to a return visit! Eagle point beach is so nice and clean with gorgeous turquoise water! We just loved our stay here at this property it is exactly as it is stated on the VBRO website! Thank you Ted and Marilyn! 17 day stay at Oceania

Stayed with our (young) family for an extended amount of time and had an absolute blast. The pool was great for our kids, and the quick walk across the street to the beach couldn’t have been better. The condo was spotless upon arrival and nice and comfortable with the a/c set. It was extremely hot during our stay, in the 90’s with minimal breeze 24/7 so it was a nice place to come take a break during the day. Any issue the owners resolved in short time. We will be booking with them again!

Perfect Location

This condo has the perfect proximity to Eagle Beach. Literally a 5 min. Walk from the door to the beach. We cooked dinners most nights and the unit had everything we needed. WWeenjoyed the condo very much!

Amazing Rental on Eagle Beach

This property was fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was extremely clean and had a nice view of Eagle Beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the grocery store was a very short drive away. Everything you need to have a great beach vacation was there.

Loved our stay at Oceania!

We loved everything about our trip to Aruba! The condo was a perfect home base for our family! We enjoyed Eagle Beach several days and enjoyed dinner close by several nights (scootered to Twist of Flavors, walked to Horizons at Amsterdam Manor - recommend both!). We also rented a truck so we explored the island quite a bit. We did Baby Beach and Rodgers Beach one day (loved both), Arikok National Park (Conchi Natural Pool) one day (scary at times even with 4WD but loved exploring), and Arashi and Tres Trapi beaches one day (loved both). We also drove to Palm Beach three different days eating dinner at Iguana Joe’s and MooMba Beach Bar - both were good) and did the Jolly Pirates snorkeling (which we all loved). On the last day, we explored the north part of the island (California lighthouse area - it’s beautiful - and then had a late lunch at Zeerover’s. It was super casual and had fresh seafood right on the water! Overall, our trip was fantastic and we loved being on Eagle Beach!!

Having travelled through much of the Caribbean, we found Aruba has the most to offer with its friendly people, beautiful white sandy beaches and fantastic all year round weather. The water is always warm and the sea at Eagle Beach is calm and good for swimming. The culinary skills of the chefs at the many reasonably priced restaurants are highly recommended and the variety of products at the supermarkets is some of the best in the Caribbean. The experience of staying in a condo on the beach front is so relaxing that you can really enjoy your vacation and appreciate the good things in life.
