Vacation steps from the Magnolia Silos! Located on the second floor of one of the most appointed condo buildings in Waco, Texas! Stay in style, while enjoying all Waco has to offer - Fabled Bookstore around the corner, Spice Market up the Street, Eclectic Austin Ave two blocks over!

Wifi, Reserved Parking Spot, and a well stocked kitchen provide all the luxuries you need for a cozy stay in Wacotown!

This luxury downtown condo offers all the amenities of a cozy weekend away!

Three large bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms provide all the space your group needs to spread out and relax. The large living, kitchen and dining room also offer luxury furnishings that every host dreams about!

Thoughtful utility items like a reserved parking space, a utility cart for bringing up your luggage, a pack and play, luggage racks in each room - all show the extensive detail provide to make your stay as easy as possible.

Other luxuries include Vitamix Blender, Dyson Hair Dryer in master bathroom, Keurig Coffee Maker and conventional coffee maker, Luxury Linens, Games and more!

Guests will have access to the entire condo with exception of one locked supply closet.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

There is a standard Coffee Maker as well as a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.

The living and bedrooms have Smart TV's with streaming apps.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

There is also a queen blow up mattress, as well as extra pillows and blankets.

We enjoyed Spice Village and several restaurants nearby. The Dr. Pepper Museum was immediately down the street and would be an easy walk. Austin Ave. and the Magnolia district would not be too far to walk to on our next visit.

The loft was fabulous. Great aesthetic in the perfect downtown location. The communication and instructions made it very easyā€¦and there were snacks!!!

The host was very welcoming and sent clear access, parking and check out instructions. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the amenities were very generous and we really appreciated all of the small touches. Also, the location is fantastic, we walked to breakfast, dinner and shops. We were there for a tennis tournament and we plan to return to this same condo for future tournaments. The condo was so beautiful, we didn't want to leave!

Beautiful Stay; Perfect Location

Facility was clean and beautifully decorated. Easy check in process and the attention to detail was spot on. Location was perfect - could walk easily to Magnolia, Dr Pepper Museum and restaurants. Appreciated the flexibility when our rental car fell through and we needed an extension on our check out time. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all of our friends!

Phenomenal accommodations!

This was Nanaā€˜s trip with the girls,they all gave me a 10 for picking this place. Elegant bedrooms&baths, cozy livingroom and modern kitchen, it has it ALL. Fabulous location to downtown and the Silos, all in walking distance. Magnificent place ! Would absolutely stay here again..

We had a fabulous weekend stay at the Brazos Bear! The loft held our family of six comfortably, and everyone from 11 to 92 loved it. Itā€™s even better than the pictures! The location was perfect - close to the zoo, Mammoth National Monument, Baylor, the Silos, and a variety of delicious food options. It was fun to explore and come back to relax in this beautiful loft. It is obvious that a lot of care and attention went into making this a wonderful experience. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Our family of 3 generations had a lovely 4 night stay at the condo. It was just a described but better. The decor was wonderfully done. Everything was so soft and cozy. The bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed with everything you need and more. We really enjoyed our stay. Iā€™m so glad we chose to stay there. Everything was just so nice. Thanks!

Fantastic condo

Girlfriendā€™s weekend perfection. This is a beautiful condo. Easy to access-there is parking on the street or additional spaces in a lot directly next to building. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, museums and the Silos. We also loved the book store in the building. Great selections and staff recommendations. The condo is very clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. We cooked a meal at the condo and we found everything we needed and more. We will definitely return!! Thank you!

Waco VRBO Gem

This was the perfect place to stay with our two twenty year old something daughters. We were in town to attend a wedding and this place couldnā€™t have worked out any better. Itā€™s was roomy, clean, well provisioned, comfortable and a great space! Property management took care of an HVAC issue right away. They were super accessible and friendly. My husband is an architect and Iā€™m an interior designer so we always look for accommodations that are unique and this space did not disappoint, so much character. Also, a very fun part of town to be in, great restaurants, shops and galleries, all just a short walk away. All in all it was a great experience enjoyed by the whole family and I would highly recommend the Brazos Bear, I would stay there again.

Wow! Luxury in Waco

We were first blown away by the charm of the space itselfā€¦I think everyone who walked through the door said ā€œWow! This is awesome!ā€ But that is just scratching the surface. The location is perfect for silos and restaurants. We were there for Baylor Baseball and it is 5 minutes from there as well. Everything is just so COZY and COMFORTABLE. The beds are amazingā€¦so much so that when I was at a hotel the following weekend, I was mad that I wasnā€™t staying at the loft! They have everything that you need and a lot of things that they spoil you with. Canā€™t say enough great things! Enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Better than expected

We have stayed in many Behrens VRBO lofts. Some were better than others, but this was A!I had reservations at first because weā€™re used to staying on higher floors and this second floor local was next to the elevator. I am an extreme light sleeper so this worried me. When I tell you, the beds were more comfortable than mine at home, the provided sound machine and fan made me sleep without waking up once to any sounds. Donā€™t be deceived. This is a very quiet unit. Additionally, all of our requested accommodations were met, and the unit felt very thoughtfully and conveniently put together. My husband even commented that itā€™s better organized than our own home.We will definitely choose this unit again when visiting Waco and want to give kudos to the owners for making sure we were the most comfortable we could possibly be.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful stay, a perfect spot for our family with two teens. You can walk to several restaurants, all the Magnolia sites (about a 10 min walk). Waco is a fun city to explore. We had a mishap when first checking in (door code was wrong) and since it was after 9:30pm, I thought maybe we would have a hard time getting in touch with the hostā€¦but they answered on the first code and was able to get us a new code within seconds! That was a relief! The loft was very nicely decorated (Pottery Barn Bedding, etc!) the loft must have been recently remodeled because every thing looked brand new. All the toiletries were provided, even cleaning supplies. And they were even so sweet to provide a few complimentary snacks which my teens loved. Would definitely stay again. Area was more industrial/downtown like but safe.

Baylor Grad Move-Out

We had an amazing time relaxing on Saturday between two rough days of packing Friday and Sunday. We went right around the corner to spice Village and enjoyed some shopping and ate at HO in Waco and Clay pot which are very very convenient to the condo. Parking other than the one assigned spot would be nice to know in the future and I apologize if it was already on the listing somewhere but other than that there were a couple of spots that let water out of the showers and water coming into the windows during a light storm that we had. Classy classy place. I looked into buying one of the available units until I figured out the issue of AC and not having enough insulation and water coming through the windows
