Located in the premier South Melbourne Beach area, which is the most prestigious and sought-after area of Brevard County Beaches! Beautiful pool and hot tub! Private 3000 sq. ft. home has coral fireplace, leaded glass windows, huge 3rd floor sundeck, beautiful tiled floors, pool table, breakfast bar, dining table w/seating for 8+, master bedroom suite w/cathedral ceilings, deep jetted tub, plus separate tiled shower, private balcony, large walk-in closets throughout, elegant lighting and ceiling fans. All bedrooms have en-suite baths, 46" flat-screen TVs w/Netflix, blue ray players, cable, sound bars that have Bluetooth capability to stream music from your smart devices; great-room has 55'" flat-screen, etc. Wireless internet throughout. Perfect for families!

For the discriminating chef, we have two kitchens, back to back, one with gas cooktop and wall oven, one with electric range; dishwasher, two refrigerators!

Lots of decks, barbecue, outdoor tables, chairs, umbrellas. Fish right from the beach! Swim, play, enjoy! We have a Beautiful Swimming pool and hot tub. We also have a path to the River and you can bring a canoe or paddle board for canoeing on the River; Lots of Fun! It's across from the house on the west side of Highway A1A and easliy found.

Great restaurants nearby, 5 miles to Sebastian Inlet State Park w/huge fishing pier, ocean and bay beach areas, shopping at Vero Beach factory outlet stores about 20 mile drive.
Disney World and SeaWorld are about 1 1/2 hour drive, visit Kennedy Space Center, about 1 hr. north, or world-famous Cocoa Beach, surfing and Ron Jon's Surf Shop.

Family Trip

The house was great. Great ocean view from the deck. We sat at the 3rd floor patio watching the stars and listening to the ocean every night. Quiet neighborhood. Loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers, going home with clean laundry was a plus. Small things wrong with the house, very insignificant. Merry the property host was wonderful- helped me get my purse back after leaving it in Indiana.

Life’s a Beach!

We stayed for 4 weeks and had a great time!Sunrise at dawn and sunset on the 3rd floor deck overlooking the Intercoastal at dusk. A couple of little hiccups that were resolved by Merry and Peter very quickly! Each bedroom had very comfortable beds and their own full bath. It’s a large house with many sitting areas where you could have some alone time. Pool and hot tub were used often and the beach was almost our own.Everyone who stayed with us loved it and said the view of the ocean from the house was spectacular!Definitely would stay again if we had the chance!

Family Vacation

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. Views of the beach were wonderful as well as the relaxing atmosphere. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center at night.

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely beautiful. Private beach, hot tub, and a pool, what more could you ask for in a vacation property. The property manager was also wonderful and very punctual if you needed her for something. The only real downside side is it’s a bit of a drive to go anywhere but that’s minimal compared to the quality of the property. Overall my family had a great time.

BEST VACATION HOUSE EVER!!!

Absolutely breathtaking! As soon as you walk in you are in complete awe!!! The house was huge, beautiful views in most of the rooms. The best was the beach. Steps away and you have it all to yourself! . The best was it was sea turtle nesting season. Every single night you would walk out and see sea turtles come out of the ocean and dig a nest in the sand to lay their eggs. You would stand on the beach and could see dozens of them crawling up the sand.It was absolutely incredible! Waking up to see all their tracks. We went with our friends and their kids. Best vacation! This host was awesome! Definitely will be back

Family Beach Vacation

Great private beach and nice roomy house. Rooftop also gives a view of the Indian River and a beautiful sunset. Ocean colors were gorgeous. Items needed for ocean, beach, and pool fun were supplied as well as ample home supplies. No commercialization around. Very quiet and private. Couple of minor issues came up and Merry took care of them immediately. We had a great time!

Amazing Location but needs Updating and Cleaning

Our group of eight women rented the Melbourne Beach VRBO #3869499ha from 4/15-22, 2023. We had multiple Pro’s and Con’s for this location. I’ll do the Pro’s first. The home is in a residential area on the Atlantic Ocean which allowed for a private surrounding and beach area. The design of the home is very conducive for a large group. It has one bedroom downstairs, two on the main level, and two upstairs on the third floor. All bedrooms have private baths with one additional half bath on the main floor. Three bedrooms and the living area have views of the ocean. There are three outdoor sitting areas where we enjoyed AMAZING sunrises. Now for the Con’s. Our check-in time was 4 PM and we were not able to get into the home until 5:15 PM as the house cleaner was not done timely. The home was decorated well, but it was not clean. Because of this, the inside seemed a bit tired. The tile floors in the dining room, kitchen and all bathrooms needed to be steam cleaned and the carpets needed cleaning. The showers/toilets do not appear to have been sanitized. Some bath mats were dirty and wet from the previous renters. We had to wash them on our own. Normally VRBO’s are stocked with minimal necessities to allow for renters to get to the store. Toilet paper was absent from all six bathrooms. Upon our request, the manager provided four rolls as a starter. No dish soap, dishwasher tabs, or paper towels were provided in the kitchen. We decided to re-wash all plates, glasses, and silverware to ensure their cleanliness before use. None of the bathrooms were stocked with towels. I believe towels were washed, but we needed to distribute bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths ourselves. Some of the bedroom sheets appeared clean, but one bed on the third floor had to be totally stripped and cleaned by us as we were getting bites on our legs. Not sure if the bites were from the noseeums on the beach or something in the sheets, but after completely washing the bedding the bites ended. The above ground pool was green with algae when we arrived on Saturday. It was not cleaned and usable until Tuesday, three days after our arrival. We were told by the manager, Mary, that the pool guy does not work on the weekends. Overall, the Melbourne house was tired looking & needed some TLC, as well as a multiple person cleaning crew and a pool guy who is more accessible. If the manager rectifies this, the home is on an amazing plot of land with spectacular views.

Property is in a quiet area. House was well stocked with everything from towels and dishes to beach and pool chairs and toys. Merry was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly. Peter was also helpful.

Beach is beautiful

This property is steps from a beautiful and quiet beach. It is not within walking distance of any restaurants and shops. Most took 30-40 minutes to get to so keep that in mind. We didn't mind that, but it might be an inconvenience for some. Sand is very soft. Ocean is a pretty aquamarine color and very wavy. The house has five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, to accommodate a large group. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the second kitchen is a bonus! The house decor, finishes, and furnishings are very dated and could definitely use a refresh. Beds are comfortable, the rooftop deck is great, and the pool was clean and very refreshing. House has beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool toys. We did not use the hot tub. Overall, this was a great place for our group. Would definitely consider returning and would recommend.

Location, location, location 🤩

Location was amazing!! Beach was beautiful and felt secluded. Pool was a plus. Contact with property manager was timely and friendly. The pictures online didn’t do the listing justice ! Was even more beautiful in person. We had 10 family members during our stay ( ages 11 to 81 ) and plenty of beds/bedrooms were available for all. Many steps/stairs to get to and from the 2nd floor to beach/pool area. Walk to beach from the deck was somewhat steep… we had an elderly family member with us; so, we just had to be mindful of her safety. But no issues at all !

Wonderful House & Location

We vacationed here with family. The location is awesome, incredible views, blue water, isolated beaches, and the pool and hot tub are icing on the cake. The house had plenty of room, including outside decks to enjoy the view. House was clean and had everything we needed. Merry was a pleasure to work with. We traveled twice to Disney, about a ninety-minute ride but easy driving. Highly recommend staying here

Under the Influence of Ocean During Winter Break

It's hard to focus on anything negative while listening to the waves crashing ashore mere steps from your back door. This property has a lot of positives! Private beach! Oceanside pool that you don't have to share with anyone else! Spacious house with well-stocked kitchen! Friendly Florida beach community! That said, there are a few negatives that I'll describe here for anyone considering this property. I'm sure the owners are well aware of them and working toward resolution. Multiple exterior doors do not lock. Water smells strongly of sulphur. Hot tub is very tired; water smells of fish--might need to be replaced. Beach sand is very soft; difficult for walking. Thermostat left house too hot or too cold--when third floor was roasting, basement was frigid. Some sheets are worn/pilled and should be retired. We had unseasonably cold weather for two days during our Christmas vacation, sadly, and the property manager was very responsive. In addition, we were happy to arrive and see that a Christmas tree had been put up in the main living area--something that was not done to decorate the space we rented a few years ago at another beach. Shops are close to this house and there is a nice walking/cycling trail right across the street, as long as you don't mind being a pedestrian inches from A1A traffic--not a problem on holidays, but the noise increased markedly when life returned to a more normal pace after Christmas.

Beautiful secluded beach!

My husband and I took our 3 kids (ages 12-21), my mom and dad, and my 2 adult brothers for a week of relaxation to the beach. The home was quiet and the beach was very beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook meals-such as spices, utensils, and pots/pans. The beach was literally a step off the stairs from the deck, and the pool was right in back for our use. The house sits right on the beach. The upper deck was great for viewing the rocket launch at 1 am, and was so neat to see 30 miles away. We had plenty of bath and beach towels and linens for comfortable use. We spent time on the beach daily, and saw maybe 8 people the whole time..we loved this kind of seclusion! The home had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Recommendations when you book….take bug spray, the no-seeums do get you (it’s Florida, so get used to it!) Buy some laundry detergent and extra toiletries, and we recommend buying paper plates to help keep dish washing down. The house decor and furniture is a little outdated, but the appliances in both double kitchens were really nice and stainless steel. Who goes to the beach to sit inside the whole time….not us! 😉 I would highly recommend this home if you are looking to relax and reflect from busy everyday life!

Perfect family vacation

Location was awesome! Best views, plenty of room, comfortable and clean! Host was very attentive to our concerns and safety with storm. Sea turtles hatching, best sunrises and sunsets, relaxing atmosphere ..couldn't get any better. Loved the property will return.

Very close to the beautiful beach

The house has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Great views of the ocean from a number of rooms. Nice place for dog owners to stay. As close to a private beach as you’ll find in Florida.

Breathtaking

Everything about our stay was 5 star. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. As soon as we walked through the front door, the view of the ocean from the wall of windows took our breath away. We were on our honeymoon, so the privacy and serenity that the location offered were perfect. The lounge chairs on the deck offered the perfect view. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee out there at sunrise and sunset. While out walking our dog, the neighbors on the surrounding streets were so friendly. It was a nice town! The house had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen items, beach chairs, towels, etc. we could not have asked for more! Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable. We hope to come back again!
