Quiet location
The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for traveling by train!
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. In about 150 meters there is already a first piece of forest (nature reserve) which invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60 wide) and a wardrobe and two dressers. In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide) serves as a sleeping facility. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the balcony with seating. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with Blu-Ray player in the living room invites to exciting movie nights. Another LED TV with DVD player is in the bedroom. Wifi access and a stereo system with Bluetooth function are also part of the entertainment.

45 m² are optimally used with individual and cozy furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.
Parking & bicycles
So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is an underground parking space for your car directly under the house with direct access to the house and elevator. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the bicycle cellar. A handcart is available for guests for a cozy picnic or a beach trip.
