Outside: Own parking space, terrace with garden furniture, incl. Parasol.
Location: Quiet residential area on the outskirts, no street noise.
Distances: To the supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser etc. 10 min walk.
Specials: kitchen with entrance is on the ground floor, from there is a staircase to the top. Underfloor heating in all rooms.
House rules: Smoking only outside on the terrace, (garden furniture with cushions are available). With street shoes please only up to the kitchen area, who has no own slippers, are available for the living room guest slippers. No pets.
