NO WAKE COVE! 7bed/5baths, Gameroom, Bar, Dining seats 22! Sleeps 22!

If you are looking for a great family get-away, this is the spot!! We are in a deep, very calm water NO WAKE cove off of a larger cove, so swimming and lounging on floats will not be interrupted by large waves!

Our cove is at MM4. By water, we are less than a mile to Docknockers and Boathouse; 2 miles to the Ozark Yacht Club; 3 miles to the Tap and Brew, Camden on the Lake, Alhonna's, H. Toads, Shady Gators; 4 miles to the Neon Taco and the Bagnel Dam Strip!

You'll be enjoying a newer built home with 9 foot ceilings, vaulted ceiling in the great room, modern kitchen, 2 car garage, 7 large bedrooms, 4 flat screen HDTV's, a game room with a pool table & darts and a bar. There are 5 full baths, each decorated tastefully. The master bath has a jet tub, the shower has dual shower heads, and a very large master closet.

We purchased this vacation home in April, 2022.

Two additional bedrooms, in a private area attached to the house, but away from the activities, if some in your party needs a little peace! We also renovated the half bath to include a new walk-in shower.
All bed linens, including quilts/comforters, pillows and sheets
Additional seating in the main level great room
Additional tables and seating in the dining area

Our home is set up for multiple families and groups.
The main level sleeps 6 - 2 bedrooms with king beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area with fireplace and TV, plus kitchen, dining area and 1 full and 1 half bathroom. The inside dining area seats 20 and the deck seats 12, with a gas grill!
Off the kitchen and upstairs - sleeping 4 - 2 new bedrooms. These have access to a 3/4 bath off the kitchen.
The middle level sleeps 12 - one bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with two twin-over-full size bunk beds, sleeping 4 adults or 6 children, and a full bathroom in between these two bedrooms, PLUS a TV living area with queen sleeper sofa. There is a deck off this level with tables and chairs seating 10.
The lower level has a bar with fridge, and game room and a 3/4 bath. There is ANOTHER deck off of this level seating 8!

Great stay

We had a large group of families/friends who stayed here. It had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. It was a nice, quiet cove. The house was clean and the communication with the owner was excellent. We have already booked again for next year!

Excellent

Our stay at this property was excellent. Extremely clean and enjoyable. We stayed with friends for a long weekend and the hosts made everything from the time we booked to our checkout very accommodating and welcoming. We will make sure to visit again. We would absolutely recommend a stay at this property to anyone!

Great for large families!

Had a great stay with my family and extended family. Beautiful dock space and plenty of extra tubes in the garage and swim noodles down at the dock for us to use! Commutation with the host was wonderful as well.

Great place!

House was great and just as described. Spoke with the owner and she was amazing. The management company however didn’t communicate and didn’t give me any of the check in stuff until I called the owner. Would definitely stay again anyway and thank you to the owner for taking care of everything getting checked in! Still a five star in our opinion.

Great house on the perfect cove

This house was perfect for our group! There are so many bedrooms as well as places to hang out on each floor inside and outside. The dock was awesome and the cove was perfect for floating around. The house could be better stocked with the necessities such as toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and extra silverware. There were a few things that could have been cleaner but the company offered to come back to clean. Communication was not ideal with the property management company and when there was an urgent problem we did not get a call back. Overall we’d definitely come back again as the set up of the house was perfect!

unresolved issues

A/C not working first 2 days, 87 degrees inside! Property had not been cleaned properly-rings in toilets, dead bugs…many other cleanliness and maintenance issues, photos available. We have tried for over 3 weeks to resolve with Vacasa the property managers, with numerous supervisors who do not return calls, escalate to next person, etc. We have been told the owner has been contacted, but still no ones has any solutiin. We had hoped to resolve and not leave a bad review but VRBO deadline to review now or never forces us to bring this to light.

unsettling

We had several issues, (carpet badly stained, grill and lower deck looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and several more) but didn't contact property manager thinking we would live with the issues. That was a mistake as we are now being accused of damaging the pool table which had 2 holes in cloth when we arrived. She sent a picture of the damage and no way did we do that. My sons had some pictures showing the table and the damage that was there when we arrived and a picture of the basement and if you in large picture you can see the table. Picture was taken at 8:39 Saturday morning shortly before we left. We had all adults and one 17 year old and if we had damaged anything we would have notified the property manager. We had a very enjoyable time there celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary until this.

Son 5th birthday

This house & the host was amazing. So much space we had a group of 5 adults and 8 children from age 1 to 16 and they all had a great time. For the older kiddos they enjoyed the privacy of the many decks to walking by the water taking pictures. And for the younger kiddos and adults loved the game room, board games, pool table and darts.

Our 56 Lake Road, Rocky Mount experience was Wonderful

A great piece of property, double boat docks, lots of decks comfortable beds, lots of space. The decor is up-to-date. Served us well. Traveling with adult kids and with their kids. One of two air conditioners broke down, they got right on the problem. It was fixed faster than anyone could have expected. Our trip went very well. I forgot a personal item and it was mailed to me rapidly, free of charge. I only have good things to say about this property. Kleinschnittger Family

Great swimming cove

We had 8 adults and seven little kids and there was room for everyone to spread out. Craig was the most responsive host we’ve ever had in the 6 years we’ve been renting for our summer family reunions. The kitchen was huge, well equipped and incorporated with a large dining table and family room so cooks didn’t miss out on the fun. The cove is small and was very quiet while we were there so we could swim and float without boats coming and going. The use of the garage was a huge bonus for unloading groceries and supplies. We hope to return next year. Thank you, Craig.
