New community pickleball court added summer 2024. Location, Location, Location! Our 7 bedroom 7 bath house is located in a great cove on the 19 MM and is minutes from the Outlet Mall, Movie Theatres, Panera Bread and Starbucks. This house is perfect for multi-family vacations, family reunions or corporate retreats. It has a private swimming pool. The private boat dock has a 14x40 boat slip for your use as well as 2 wave runner slips. Additionally, there is a paddle boat and kayak for your recreational enjoyment. The large screened in porch is perfect for outdoor meals or just taking in the view. The outdoor fire pit is a perfect spot for hotdog and marshmallow roasting.

The gourmet kitchen is huge with stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks and granite counter tops. The spacious family room has beamed vaulted ceilings with the most breathtaking view of the lake. It has a two story, 3 sided wood burning fireplace for cozy winter fires. Movies can be enjoyed on the 65” smart TV in the family room or on the flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The spacious laundry room has 2 sets of washers and dryers for your convenience. There is a shower room and dressing room off of the pool entrance for easy clean up after swimming.

The master bedroom has a king bed and spacious bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed. The third bedroom has a bunk beds and 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The 5th bedroom has one queen bed and the 6th bedroom has 2 queen beds and they share the hall bathroom. The 7th bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own bathroom and is located on the lower level. Additionally, the lower level is finished with a half bathroom, ping pong table, game table, pool table, sectional sofa and large flat screen TV, and lots of extra room for sleeping bags or pads.

The level yard makes horseshoes and washers a must. There is plenty of parking in the area in front of the garage as well as on the large driveway. The driveway also has a great basketball hoop for pick up games. If you like the feel of Big Cedar Lodge, you'll love our beautiful, family vacation home!

For the families that need additional space, we also have four 7 bedroom homes with private pools and private docks directly next door if more space is needed.

NOTE: POOL HEATER is available for $95/day charge. The pool is open during pool season. (normally May through September depending on weather conditions)

Great property for an extended family vacation. We had 18 people and we had plenty of beds and bedrooms. There was plenty of space and lots for everyone to do. The private pool was very convenient. The availability of 3 kayaks and a paddle boat along with great fishing gave us plenty to do outside. Inside there was plenty of places to play games and there was a pool table and ping pong table downstairs. Communication with the host before hand was excellent and the maintenance man was very responsive and helpful during the stay. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The host, Bill, was amazing! He’s went out of the way to ensure we found the location… the house was also amazing! Spacious rooms, very clean, and welcoming! Our family truly enjoyed ourselves. The minor tweaks we shared included patching a couple of holes on the screened in porch areas bc of the squirrels, cleaning the carpet and ensuring the pool cover is secured for safety reasons. Overall, we LOVE this place and plan to return in May 2026.

Fantastic Lake Vacation

Overall fantastic experience. There were 14 of us and the house and property was large enough for us to spread out. Bill and Bryan were were a pleasure to work with. This was a dream vacation for us and it exceeded all of our expectations. Great location on the lake with plenty of activities. Highly recommend!!

Great Family Reunion Trip

My family has had a reunion nearly every year for the past 2 decades and this house had everything we needed to have another great year. The lake was beautiful and the pool was clean and ready to use. We normally do our trip later in the year so the water was still a little cold in late May. Host and his team were very helpful and responsive.

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at this amazing property! From fishing off the dock, swimming in the large pool, boating on the lake , sitting by the fire pit at night or just enjoying the great views. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations spots! The host and caretaker Bryan were So helpful and accommodating! We will be back to make more memories!

Family Trip

This is a lovely home right on the water with a covered dock that we used everyday to fish and hang out on! The inground pool is a great asset; it was used daily as well! Plenty of living space indoors where we played games nightly. Location of this home is on point too; very close to all things: restaurants, the strip, shopping district etc.

Gorgeous House with amazing grounds

We enjoyed our stay with lots of adults and children, and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was pleasantly shaded and private, and the dock offered hours of fun. Bill and Bryan were responsive at all times and checked on things throughout the week. Pulling up to the house by boat at dusk was so beautiful. We would definitely stay at this house again. Its was a wonderfully relaxing week with family.

Ozarks 2023

Property is very nice and well kept. We were there one of the hottest weeks I can remember in the Ozarks with the temps in the 100’s every day. We have vacationed in the lake multiple times and we had 14 Adults and 2 2.5yr olds. More than ample room. We used the pool every day. Definitely would recommend the property and the Property Manager Bryan was excellant!!

beautiful home

enjoyed our stay very much. Stairs leading to the dock need repair. only one washer and one dryer worked. we would stay at this property again. there were 19 of us, grandparents, parents, grandkids ages 17 - 29. very nice dock area. would of like to have garage access. over all we liked the location, and the home worked very good for us. aug 2023

Nice place for family reunion

Beautiful location with great lake views. Bedrooms and bathrooms conveniently placed and beds very comfortable. Rental not as well stocked as we had expected, but management quickly responded to any of our requests and did all they could to accommodate us and make us comfortable. We have one suggestion, installing a railing on the stairway to downstairs. Overall, a great place to stay and we would not hesitate to rent again. PS. Fishing off the deck was good--and fun!

Doe Camp

Our group of 9 ladies stayed at this Lake home during our annual Doe Camp trip In November. The home is beautiful, extremely spacious, and has gorgeous views of the Lake. There were 5 additional beds that were not used so this home could accommodate 15+ people comfortably. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He was very attention to any questions that we had. This home is a real find!

Beautiful property! Very roomy, space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. 2 sets of washers and dryers and 2 refrigerators! Brian, the caretaker, was there every morning and evening to check on the pool and property. This was our 5th house we have rented over the years and he was the first caretaker to walk us through and tell us which thermostats controlled each section of the house and point out any issues that occurred that they we’re waiting to fix (broken headboard). He was very prompt in reply to calls and texts too. Our grandkids really enjoyed themselves with the pool, boat dock and kayaks. Everyone said it was the best home they have stayed in while visiting the lake and we would definitely rebook again. Thank you for a great week!

Absolutely One of Our Favorites

Our family of around ~20 people try to get together once a year. Our stay was around Labor Day weekend, one of the busiest for lake season. The location was amazing, close to grocery stores. The amenities were on point. The pool was amazing. The fishing on the dock was awesome. There was so much room for the family. It was family friendly - meaning I wasn't worried that the littles would break anything. We loved having the paddle boat and the kayaks. Bryan was awesome. Overall, awesome stay and I will be staying at one of Bill's properties again next year. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Family vacation

I booked this for a vacation with our adult children and their spouses. It was an amazing time. Th property was everything that was advertised. When I communicated with the owner before we arrived with questions, the response time was within a day. The caretaker was prompt and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this. Because there were several smokers in our group, it would have been nice to have a sheltered area to do so. Thankfully it only rained part of a day.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the property except for an accident our mother had on the dock walkway. The concrete pavers covering the dock walkway were uneven (one higher than the other), resulting in a bad fall and a trip to the ER for a broken nose. The property manager came and taped over the area but there are several places on the property steps and walkways that need to be fixed to prevent accidents.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you had a good time at our home. We are truly sorry that your mother fell. We hope she is healing quickly. Unfortunately dock pavers can become a touch uneven especially on the walkway where the water level creates movement. For that reason we have handrails on both sides of the walkway to provide additional stability. Our property is less steep than most at the lake, but the lake terrain can be challenging especially for the elderly if unassisted. We arrive to make our property safe and a place where happy memories are made and again thankful that you had a great time in spite of your mothers accident. Thanks Bill

Best Family Vacation Ever

The pictures do not do this property justice. We had the best family vacation ever! Every part of this property was used by myself and my family (young and old). The kitchen was awesome for us (we made every meal at home), we used every deck and seating area. We used the fire pit and made smores. The rec room was a hit because the kids set up their gaming system. The dock was a hit! Fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. The inground pool was a hit. I was thrilled that everyone said they would come back again to this house for vacation. Most importantly, this vacation for our family was awesome because Bryan, the property manager was there every day taking care of the pool, giving us tips on activities in the area, making us laugh, and truly invested in us having a great time. We did.

This is a fantastic older home. The views of the lake are stunning. There is a private pool that greets you when you walk through the gate. We used every room in this house. There are multiple living spaces a massive kitchen with two separate sinks, two refrigerators and a wine chiller. There is a fantastic screened in porch. There is a fire pit. The lawn is generally flat and works for lawn games. The deck is large and there was room for our boat and jet skis. The bedrooms are large. The basement has a ping pong table, pool table, tv area and eating area, plus a bedroom and bathroom. It is true that some reviewers did not like having to pay to have the pool heated and the pool water was cold, however, heating the pool is expensive, and it was worth it to us to pay the extra money to have the pool heated. The caretaker is friendly and available anytime by text. There was a sweet little beagle mix dog that showed up every evening named tator tot and our grandchildren fell in love with him. We have rented at least 15 homes in the Lake of the Ozarks over the years and this one may be our favorite. You are 10 minutes from Walmart/Target/ groceries and restaurants, mini golf and shopping. This was a fantastic trip and everyone agreed this home was perfect!

Had an amazing time in Osage Beach! Home was beautiful with an incredible view of the lake…from the living room especially. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, the pedal boat, kayaks, and pool with slide so much! We also took the recommendation of renting a pontoon boat from Captain Bob’s which is located in the same cove as the house. We had a blast boating, tubing, and skiing for several days of our week long stay. Highly recommend this beautiful home! Would love to come back with our family in the future. Also, the location is super convenient to everything you need…plenty of grocery store options, Target, frozen custard places, and great restaurants. Our favorite was Half Sauced BBQ…went there twice! Thank you, Bakers, for a wonderful stay!

Our group of 13 (ages 4-71) stayed here for a week. House is just wonderful. Location excellent-views stupendous-ceilings and fireplace are gorgeous-kitchen is spacious/well stocked-bedrooms clean, roomy and comfortable-air conditioning works wonders..it was really hot for all of our stay-pool is large, well maintained by Bryan, who is always responsive to needs. We paid for one day of heat and that was enough for the week. 3 kayaks! I could go on and on and on. We LOVED this house as have hundreds of others over the years...and, like a child's favorite stuffie, that love is evident in certain spots: (screens, dishwasher, icemaker spigots). Special Circumstances: as a retired RN whose spouse has Parkinson's, 3 things would ease my mind:1. Handrails: The stairs to the first-floor bedrooms really need a functional handrail. Current one is too large to wrap a hand around it fully & safely. It's too low. You're forced to lean over excessively to grasp it, and then your head is at risk because the sharp corner of the balcony is in the way. Husband suggests centrally located handrail on the way to the pool from the "swim room". Gait belt suggested.2. Shower grab bars: Would strongly suggest bringing a shower chair, which we obtained--NOT a sub for grab bars. But helped. 3. Stairs to dock: as others have noted, need repair. ALL dock-bound guests need to watch their step.Thank You Bill, for the great place. We are looking forward to next year!

Great Older home

We rented this property mid September 2022. 12 adults and 4 toddlers, 2 babies. It was great for us. Everyone loved the spacious home. The location was ideal and afforded privacy not always found in newer homes on the lake. The boat dock was perfect with the exception of docking for jet skis. Good fishing off the dock! The property manager was a bonus and exceptional. End of season always has its show of wear and tear but all in all we would be back in a heartbeat.

The location of our vacation home is right in the middle of all of the activities at the lake including restaurants, outlet mall, movie theater, golf courses, and the hospital. We are less than 5 minutes from almost everything we like to do.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home is located in a quiet cove so the kids can enjoy the lake. However, the view of the main channel is one of the best at the lake. The yard is spacious and fairly level so the entire family can enjoy being outside.
