Stunning views!!! Would highly recommend this unit to others and would absolutely plan to stay here again when visiting Maui! We saw whales, sea turtles and rainbows from the room every single day during our stay! Unit was beautifully furnished/decorated and offered the comforts of home away from home. Beach access was perfect. The pool/hot tub/clubhouse/grill area was also a nice added amenity. Location was convenient and close to many fabulous dining options as well as a market for meals prepared in room.

The condominium exceeded our expectations. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. While the pool area and exterior appear somewhat dated, once inside the condo, the stunning unobstructed view is truly impressive. We also had the opportunity to see several whales migrating north, which was a remarkable experience. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo in Maui. The unit was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed to make our vacation memorable, fun, and relaxing.While we did have a minor issue at check-in with the wrong door code, our host was a lifesaver! They responded immediately and fixed the issue right away, which we really appreciated.I was initially a bit surprised by the "balcony" and "enclosed lanai" mentioned in the description. I was expecting a traditional walk-out balcony, but it turned out to be more of a Juliet balcony. However, the breathtaking view and direct overlook into the ocean more than made up for it!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Condo!

The Condo itself was very clean & the view off the Lanai was stunning! We loved how we could simply go downstairs to a private area beach. We saw the most beautiful Sea Turtles, Sunsets & amazing Sunrises. We were close to food, drinks & all around wonderful spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The start of the Road to Hana is nearby as well! Worth every mile! My husband & I are truly looking forward to returning :)

Amazing views and sealife

Property was as advertised. The view was spectacular and we saw plenty of turtles and fish everyday. The snorkeling right out of the condo was amazing as well. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Location was good except to the airport. Lol but Iā€™d stay here again. Well worth the price.

Perfect ocean front property with gorgeous view

Host was so helpful and informative. The location is amazing and safe, also next to some great restaurants. Very comfortable bed and couch! This room LITERALLY sits above the ocean. Can hear the waves crashing even with the window shut. We got to see sea turtles almost everyday from our window. When we come back to Maui, I will be staying here!

Gorgeous property with full ocean view. Everything we needed for our stay. Only downside is poor air flow in bedroom keeps that room warm and the mattress topper is too small for the king size bed (gap of 8-10ā€ on each side essentially made it feel like a queen size - kinda strange.) We had construction noise in a nearby unit from 8 am to 6 pm - drilling and hammering - which was unfortunate.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views!

I stayed at this beautiful condo with my Mom and Aunt for 6 nights and it was amazing! The condo is spacious, clean and beautiful, being recently renovated and the view is spectacular. We saw many whales and rainbows every day. The location is great, close to Kaanapali and Lahaina. Check in was a breeze, and the management was very responsive. Upon arriving we noticed there was no ironing board in the room so I emailed the Property Manager since they were already closed and the next morning one was delivered to the condo. We also requested a few extra towels and those were also delivered very quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property is the view which is spectacular. The condo itself is renovated nicely. There appears to be animosity if not downright hostility between the front desk people and epic realty who we were dealing through. Not only were they unhelpful they went out of their way to make us feel unwelcome. This is the first property in our 12 years of visiting Maui that didnā€™t provide pool access after checking out for our late flight. The suggestion from epic realty was just prop the door open? This is an old property in a great location with a very rocky beach.

Spectacular views

This was a nice condo. Views were amazing. We booked this for my birthday celebration. I indicated that when I booked. I was hoping to find a nice birthday surprise. Such as the picture advertised in the bedroom. On the bed. Which is some type of beverage. Even if it was sparkling cider but it was none available on the bed so a little disappointed there. Other than that the place was nicely cleaned. I appreciate the chips and the bottle of water that was given. The views took my breath away. I loved listening to the waves. So relaxing, overall I would definitely stay there again. Just note the bed is extremely high and may be a challenge. Especially for us shorties but I worked it out. My husband enjoyed the condo as well. We would definitely consider returning. If back in the Maui area. :)

Water not working

I choose this beautiful rental for my big 40th birthday dinner. I planned to host my friends who booked resorts nearby. The listing mentioned a large functional kitchen. The first morning i woke up, I noticed the water wasnā€™t working at all in the big kitchen. I was told to submit a request with the app Hospitality they use. No one came out to fix the water by the time we checked out. I wasnā€™t able to use the fabulous kitchen or the large dining table over looking the ocean, as planned. My friends staying nearby didnā€™t rent a full suite with a kitchen and dining space like we did. Without a last minute back up, my bday trip was compromised. Bed was comfortable after long days in the sun. I wish we could have been able to use the rental as intended. Especially for a milestone birthday and very expensive flights and car rental for this trip.

Amazing View!

The view from this rental is breathtaking! This rental is centrally located near all the major attractions in Maui. It is a 45 minute drive to and from the airport no matter the amount of traffic. The rental was spotless had everything you can think of from Kitchen equipment to beach in scuba diving supplies. The building is nice and quiet perfect for someone looking to relax on vacation. This rental provides free parking in a circular parking lot, which was a great plus. My only downside to renting would be that I was celebrating my birthday. I made a notation in the comment section, and although they are not obligated, I feel they should have left a card, note bottle of champagne or something simple to welcome us :) They also send you a link to a website that provides suggestions for places to eat and things to do be cautious of those links. Some of them lead you to porn sites and other non-related items. This is something that needs to be updated and corrected. There are a lot of great restaurants are and food places to try near by also a Safeway grocery store nearby to pick up any essentials or snacks you may need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is amazing! It does not have a deck/lanai however when you open the sliding glass doors the ocean is right there! It truly is a fabulous view. The living area is spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall I gave it a 4 as the bathroom is very small, a little hard for two people to use at one time. Also, it does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, however there is access to one directly across the hall of this unit.One issue was that the outer door needs to be pulled hard to be sure it is closed. When we arrived the door was ajar and twice we went back up to be sure we had closed it and it was not, glad we remembered to check it.Maybe just a note inside the unit to let renters know to secure the door upon leaving. Aside from that, the view and location truly make this a memorable vacation. As it was Dec/Jan the whales put on a fabulous show for us!

Nearly Perfect Condor

My wife and I stayed here for six nights. The condo and location is amazing (you are about ten feet from the water!), but I was pretty annoyed during the first half of the trip. We arrived during a huge thunderstorm, and it proceeded to rain for the two days after we arrived. Not blaming the realty company for the weather, of course. When we arrived, there was an incredible amount of standing water near the lanai-less lanai, about twelve feet wide and 1.5ā€ deep. The water was sinking under the wooden flooring, which made a squeaky noise when walked on. We used almost all of our towels, including the beach towels, to clean this up. We called the number and they said all they could do was bring more towels. They fortunately, and quickly, brought more towels. We used them all that first full day at the hotel. I was hoping these leaks were a result of the heavy winds and rain, but even when it sprinkled the next day, there was still five leaks on the window sill dripping onto the floor. We found some buckets, pans, and whatever else we could find to collect the rainwater. We called again the next day because it was finally a beautiful sunny day, and when we asked for more beach towels (because we used every towel to clean up the mess and prevent more damage to the condo), they said they were out and told us we could run a load of laundry. This condo was nearly perfect, but we spent $800+/night and I was pretty upset that we couldnā€™t simply get two extra beach towels for our first beach day of the trip. I wasnā€™t going to spend 2.5 hours washing and drying towels for them after cleaning up their condo and preventing water damage. Anyway, everything else was fantastic. Aside from not having hand soap for the kitchen and tissue boxes (we had to buy these, in addition to beach towels we wanted quickly for our day), this place has everything else you could ever need. Even found a little light up Xmas tree, power strips, and more. So many cupboards and drawers! The provided beach chairs and snorkel gear was awesome as well. Bed is firm but super comfortable, bedsheets feel amazing, and we saw so many sea turtles and a manta ray from our balcony! An incredible experience, but I was just hoping for better customer service for how much we paid. Mahalo!

We visit Maui every year and love exploring different places to stay, but Maui Kai has been the most favorable by far. It was convenient, comfortable, and truly felt like home. We loved spending late nights on the lanai listening to the waves crash directly below us. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals, and the direct beach access on both sides of the condo was absolutely perfect. Hopefully next year when we return, the same unit will be available. Highly recommend.
