Welcome to Maui Kai Unit 905! This condo is located near the center of the building, on the ninth floor. When walking into the front door you will immediately be greeted by the 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean, framed by the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The views are spectacular from this condo, as the resort is built right at the edge of the water.

The air-conditioned 1-bedroom condo has over 800 square feet of living space and is equipped with a king-size bed, a pull out sofa in the living area and two twin beds on the lanai which can be used as a second bedroom by closing the large sliding doors and bamboo drapes. The spacious living area is open to the full-size kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Original art adds interest to the Hawaiian décor and luxury vinyl planks add comfort and warmth. A laid-back atmosphere, as well as free Wi-Fi and free parking make for a relaxed stay the moment you arrive.

The master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed the new Hybrid Eurotop Matress features: Bamboo, CertiPUR Certified, Hybrid, Hypoallergenic, Natural, Pocket Coil, Sleeps cool, Gel Memory Foam, Euro Top and Medium Firmness. There is a 50 inch wall-hung Smart TV with a Blu-ray player, new furniture, wooden blinds and Hawaiian closet doors with built in bureau affording more open space in the bedroom. We are fully stocked with plush bathroom towels, as well as pool towels and a starter kit of bathroom and kitchen supplies.

This resort features a pool, hot tub, barbecue, picnic area, pool side kitchen, clubhouse with Ping-Pong table and coin laundry facilities and free parking. It is a short walk to shopping, a market and several restaurants. It is also within walking distance to Whalers Village (30min walk along the beach front), which offers Beachside mall with boutiques, restaurants, hula lessons & other activities.
