Oceanfront 1 Bedroom condo in desired F building in Papakea No resort fees!!!

No resort fees!! Papakea is an unique property. Instead of a high rise it is a set of buildings only 4 levels high. There are three sets of buildings that front the ocean and we are located in the middle section--the perfect location for reaching either of the two swimming pools, putting greens etc. Being Ocean Front you hear waves crashing unto the shore instead of cars in the parking lots.

The property is 13 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds including Koi Ponds, bridges and lots of plants native to the islands.

Our unit, in the highly requested F Building, has gone through a total renovation and is updated regularly to keep in in prime shape. We have a king size bed in the bedroom with a brand new mattress and a brand new 8 inch mattress in the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have two TVs: one 42 inch flat screen in the living area and the other 32 In flat screen in the bedroom. We have a DVD/ VHS player and a small DVD library and a reading library. New stainless steel appliances put in 2016 and new washer/dryer put in 2017. Whole unit freshly painted. Just upgraded to a two zone (living room and bedroom) air conditioning unit.

Lovely beachfront property

We love Papakea and have stayed here many times. This property is in the very center front building on the waterfront. It is well decorated and very clean. We would stay here again in a minute!

Perfect stay!

Exactly as described! Nothing beats waking up to that view and just steps away is some great snorkeling. Perfect location and within walking distance to some amazing food spots. Would highly recommend!

BEST location!

We have stayed in many vrbo/hotel/timeshare units over the years in Maui. F104 was fabulous with it's oceanfront location ensuring easy access to snacks, morning coffee on the edge of the ocean and sunsets. We look forward to staying again!

Great Sunsets

We were only here a few nights but the view is great and the location is very central. My kids loved the putting green and the pools. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous location & view

Beach front view just steps from the ocean. Low-traffic beach so not crowded at all. Well maintained unit with plenty of amenities for you to use around the property. Highly recommended.

Papakea is the best. Right on the water, lush grass for lounging, quite, close to everything and more. We will definitely book this F bottom floor unit again.

Maui visit

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The view was out of this world, it was close to very thing with a short drive. This was our first time to Hawaii and we enjoyed every minute. The condo was perfect it had everything you needed. We loved having our morning coffee and looking at the ocean. The pool sites were great. We are hoping to return in a couple of years we will definitely stay here again.

Paradise Found

The accommodations were fantastic! In fact the photos did not do justice to the beauty or the majestic view! We loved sitting outside and seeing rainbows in the morning and stars at night! There were chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment accessible for the visit. Would LOVE to return!!

A perfect honeymoon getaway!

The unit is clean, the AC works great, the kitchen & bathroom both look like they've recently been redone. The lanai is great to sit on - great view of the ocean without the hassle of hundreds of people walking by if it were on the beach, but it's less than 1 minute to the beach! The property is gorgeous and everyone we spoke to was very friendly! Kahekili Beach Park down the road towards Kaanapali is beautiful and not crowded at all.

Our new favorite place to stay in Maui!

This was our 5th trip to Maui and we have found our new favorite place to call home! The unit was extremely clean and tidy, came stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas, along with plenty of towels for beach use. Speaking of the beach... the best part was having your own private beach and snorkel area just steps from the back slider! The unit also had a great A/C system and washer/dryer was super convenient. We definitely will look to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Great Condo

This property and condo is so lovely and a great location. I loved being able to open the sliding door and hear the ocean. I had a question for the owner and she responded very quickly. The property had so many items that made the trip better. Like beach chairs, pool noodles, kids beach shovel, board games, and books. Also the staff was wonderful. One of them noticed my son playing shuffleboard alone and he played with him. Great trip!

Beautiful ocean-front Papakea condo-Nice, Nice, Nice

Stayed at this beautiful ocean-front condo thru the Labor Day holiday. The condo is upgraded in all respects. Countertops, cabinets, bathroom, shower, appliances, paint, etc. ...and it's steps to the ocean! The owner is very cooperative and nice to deal with. Comfortable bed and sofa. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Washer& dryer included. A+ and recommended.

Best Condo

We have been to Maui about 10 times, and this by far was out favorite property and favorite condo. It was better than the description. Having air condioning in the bedroom and the living room was a big plus! The bed was soooooo comfortable. The unit was well stocked. we loved the location of the unit, and opening the door and having the oceon right there was priceless. We will definately be making this the condo we return to. The property is so close to everything.

This is my family's condo on the beautiful West side of Maui. My parents bought the condo back in 1977. My sisters and I were born and raised in San Jose CA. My husband of 49 years is retired and I retired in October 2019 from teaching for over 40 years. After retiring we sold our house in San Jose CA and moved to Henderson Nevada. We have two children and two grandchildren.

My parents bought this property over 40 years ago. They vacationed in Hawaii and fell in love with the West side of Maui. My children came here every year for vacation and we all still love it to this day. Papakea is a great place to enjoy the sights of Hawaii in a real Hawaiian atmosphere.

This is a great place to do as much or as little as you want. There are day trips like the volcano, Ioa Needle, zip lines, hiking or helicopter rides or water activities such as: kayaking, sailing, snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing and surfing. For those who just want to relax it has a beautiful setting whether you are a beach person or a pool person.
