Villa Island Estate is located in a beautiful west location on one of the broadest waterways in the city of Cape Coral, which flows directly into the Caloosahatchee River. From the jetty belonging to the house, you can reach the rented boat, we are happy to help you rent the boat, in just a few minutes the river and then the Gulf of Mexico, in order to then discover the beautiful islands of this region.

In addition to this leisure activity, this dream villa and the city of Cape Coral offer you many other options. Simply enjoy the wonderful days on the large pool terrace, read a good book or enjoy the Florida sun and then cool off in the wonderful swimming pool. The Villa Island Estate offers so many options and you will never be bored with your family or friends here. On the ground floor of the villa you will find two master bedrooms with a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and have direct access to the pool area, as well as from the guest toilet, which is also used as a pool bath. After a refreshing bath in the salt water pool, you can take a shower immediately under the outside shower with warm and cold water. The center of the house on the ground floor is the large open modern living area with dining room and the very well equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar.

A staircase leads to the upper area of the house. In the gallery, comfortable recliners invite you to watch a good movie on the large flat screen or to play a round of pool. From the adjoining balcony you have a wonderful view over the water and can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in Florida with an ice-cooled glass that is available from the gallery. There are also two guest rooms on the upper floor, each with queen-size beds. A guest bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower is available here.

The pool terrace with the illuminated water fountains that lead into the pool also offers an exceptional atmosphere at sunset. The outdoor kitchen with the built-in electric grill, refrigerator and a bar invite you to a delicious steak dinner, then enjoy your drink in the cozy seating area on the pool deck. Relax on the beautiful sun loungers or in the jacuzzi with a view of the water. You will be wonderful

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
