Magnificent Mediterranean style gulf access estate. Located in upscale South West Cape Coral. Situated on a corner lot across from a nature preserve with water views from every room. A bike ride to shopping and restaurants but far enough to enjoy quiet solitude. Sands Park was completed in 2023 with Tennis, Basketball, 4 Pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, cornhole, walking paths, and a playground. it is located within a 5 minute walk from the house.

Large heated pool with submerged bar, Gas grill, Yacht dockage with 50-amp shore power, Kayaks rentals available, fishing equipment, Designer furnished, Fully stocked kitchen with double oven and gas cooktop, High speed wireless internet, Sonos, Smart TV's in every bedroom with Netfilx, Amazon Prime Hulu (Roku's), local chanals through YouTube TV, Two Master suites, top quality towels, linens and mattresses, Beds; 3 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and kids twin bunk beds. All three bedrooms upstairs have balconies overlooking the water and nature preserve. Downstairs bedrooms open to the outside.

Amazing family vacation home!

This home exceeded our expectations!! The inside was beautifully decorated and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. The pool and the Dock area was where we spent every day!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have family dinners several nights! The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful on the canal! We would definitely book this home again!

Great location. Beds were super comfortable. The pool is a great size. Itā€™s a little far from the Gulf and boat ramps. We didnā€™t have a lot of success with fishing at our dock (mostly catfish), but there was plenty of dock space for our 2 boats. However, great fishing at other houses docks in the area. Beautiful sunsets. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Loved the location. We had a group of 8 and the house accommodated us very well. The house had anything we would need including a place to put the boat rental. Jayson was very responsive to anything we needed.

Dream view

Our two families enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break week. The house has all the amenities you would need. The pool is large and the deck that accommodates many people. The dock has great views and is a sneaky good spot to fish from. Jayson is a wonderful host and is very responsive.

Wonderful Property

The home was beautiful inside and out and Jayson could not have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay. Rooms were spacious and everyone had a TV and bathroom for themselves. We would have been happy to stay put the entire time due to the views of the water, the dock, pool, areas to lounge and overall comfort. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed. Tina and Frank

Amazing!!

I really don't want to tell how great it is because I want to keep it to myself! Seriously though, it was so great. Location was perfect and wildlife everywhere. Beautiful view from the pool area where we spent 95% of the time! Can't wait to return.

Holiday stay

The property was absolutely beautiful! We were traveling with two families - total of 7 people (kids 16, 13 and 10). The home was perfect! Everyone had their own room and plenty of space. The property itself was gorgeous and despite the cold weather the kids loved the pool! Convenient location and the communication with the property manager / home owner was excellent! Would definitely recommend

Beautiful home with wonderful host

We used this home for a multi-generation family spring break. The house is really well stocked for all ages. We used the main floor master for our elderly grandfather, and the kids loved the upstairs room with a very fun loft, bunkbeds and balcony. We barely ate out - the kitchen has everything you need in terms of cookware. And a grill in the backyard. This house was also really well stocked with bikes, pool and beach supplies which made the beach easy to enjoy. We also used the bikes. Pool was amazing and so much fun. It has an outdoor bathroom too for the pool which we loved. Appreciated the big basket of pool towels by the door. We brought two small dogs and felt like they were very welcome in this home. Host Jayson was so friendly and accessible. Made great takeout recommendations which were spot on. The dock is so beautiful by the water and we used it every night for sunsets. We enjoyed everything about this house and hope to come back. Thank you Jayson!

Great location!

Great house! Liked it had canal views on side of house and back of property! The owner was very helpful and responded to messages he made you feel at home. Equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We had 7 people and had plenty of space.

Great stay!

Great location! Enjoyed coffee on the dock. The boys fished off the dock daily. Plenty of room for 2 families. The kids room with the ā€œlook out towerā€ that my boys called it was perfect! We rented a boat and was easily docked next to the house. Any questions I had prior to staying was answered within minutes! Thank you!!

Two month getaway

Wonderful 2 month stay in Cape Coral. The house was great, very comfortable, bright and wonderful views of the canals. Made for beautiful sunsets. Jayson is exceptional. Very attentive and took care of anything we needed. We are coming back next year for even a longer stay.
