Another Amazing Stay

This is one of my favorite spots in the world and Alpi and team make it even more enjoyable by providing a perfectly located, very well appointed apartment. I have been to the property 4 different times and it's always a great experience. Keep up the great work!!

A wonderful property in a wonder village

5 of us stayed here for 4 nights and everything was outstanding! The home was roomy, the location in town was first rate, and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. The home came with everything we needed and we greatly enjoyed the area...Zugspitze, Partnach gorge, Lake Eibsee, Linderhof, Neuschwanstein, and Salzburge were all very driveable. Our thanks for allowing the use of this wonderful home.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures. Mr. Alpi and Milkail were very gracious and helpful. If there were any issues they were very attentive and quick to resolve them. Unfortunately our trip got cut short, though we hope to go back again.

New and modern with a great location; great for groups

Excellent experience with the property manager. Our original property actually became unavailable due to an unforeseen plumbing emergency. However, Alpi found a replacement property for us that fit our entire group. Excellent customer service!

Extraordinary view, immaculate home

Our family of 9 had a very comfortable stay in June. I can’t say enough nice things about the apartment, its amenities, and the view. We had everything we needed for the whole group to be comfortable. Extremely convenient to walk to stores, restaur, and the farmers market right out front (Friday). The owner/manager was in regular contact to give us clear, friendly instructions, and respond to any needs we had. Would love to come back!

Christmas in Garmish

Absolutely amazing. You can not have a better location. Saint Martins Church and the town Square right out our door. Wonderful shopping, Christmas markets, and the views on Christmas morning were breathtaking. The home is wonderful. Top notch!!! Everything you need and our host was fantastic. Can’t say enough.

Lovely location

My parents were visiting so we opted to stay in this location where restaurants and shops were easily accessible by foot all while having great views.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (7 Erwachsene) für ein langes Wochenende in Garmisch. Die Unterkunft, direkt im Zentrum an der Fußgängerzone gelegen und in der Nähe zu vielen Restaurants, war perfekt für uns. 4 großzügige Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder (jeweils inklusive Dusche + einmal mit Whirlpool) und die voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Ölen und Gewürzen) haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen! Die Aussicht von Küche/ Esszimmer und Balkon auf die Kirche und die Berge im Hintergrund waren unglaublich schön! Mikail und Richi waren bereits vor Anreise super freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch beim Check-in und während unseres Aufenthalts hat sich der Eindruck mehr als bestätigt. Ganz klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Garmisch!

A charming stay in Garmisch

A stunning setting in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A large and accommodating home with a huge terrace and lovely views. Glass doors that bring the outdoors into the space. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Walk to many restaurants and easy distance to all the best of the Bavarian Alps. Mikail was a friendly and responsive host, he wanted to ensure we had a good stay.

Exceptional location

The apartment was in the most premier location in the heart of the pedestrian zone. Lots of shops, pastry shops and restaurants within 2 blocks. The balcony was a favorite lace to sit and take in a breathtaking view. The space was larger than most rentals in Europe appointed with western comforts. Modern updates with everything you need stocked (including coffee). The property manager answered questions quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful location, amazing views.

Apartment was on the 2nd floor for Europeans or 3rd floor for Americans with no elevator. So, if you are mobility impaired, although wonderful - this is not for you. Also, we stayed in June during a heat wave and learned that the unit does have floor heat, but no air conditioning or fans. Thankfully the windows opened and it did cool down by about 3 a.m.

Family trip

This house was wonderful. There was 9 of us from our family. The location couldn’t have been any better. We loved walking around the charming town and eating in the local restaurants. There was a farmers market one day that was great. There was also a lot of activities close by such as the Alpine Coaster and the Zugspitz . The house had everything we needed. Michael checked us in and was very efficient and helpful. We would love to come back and I would fully recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in Garmisch.

5 Adults and 3 teens stayed for 3 nights, the property location was excellent. The views from the balcony are outstanding! Overall our stay was great and I would return here again. Only a couple things and they would not prevent me from returning. The check in was a bit hurried and communication to the manger was not easy. There was a very nice coffee maker that I asked if there were any directions to use it and the answer was "no, but it should be easy". I did not use it as I could not figure it out. The water could have been hotter, it was adequate. again, the location and views could not have been better, Stores and many restaurants within walking distance. We did take a cab from the train station as it was a bit too far to walk with our luggage.

Best view in Garmisch!

Our family of five (4 adults, 1 child) absolutely loved our stay at Suite Alpi. The condo was the best location in Garmisch, directly on the pedestrian path and within very short walking distance of any restaurant, cafe, Biergarten, shops, pharmacy, etc. (We loved the cafe/restaurant below is, Marino’s). It was extremely well stocked—we made breakfasts and lunches most days—and very spacious, there was plenty of room for more guests. Everything was immaculately clean. The hosts are very responsive and quick to solve any issue (we had none) or need. The best part of the condo would have to be the views. BREATHTAKING and picturesque in every way. Would absolutely return again and highly recommend

Schöne zentrale Location , sehr aufmerksame Betreuung

Sehr zentral gelegene große und gepflegte Wohnung mit gehobenem Standard. Begrüßung und Betreuung durch die Agentur war absolut hervorragend und Mikail stand jederzeit auf Zuruf (SMS) zu Verfügung um Fragen zu beantworten oder ggf. noch fehlende Kleinigkeiten zu besorgen. Die Bilder im Internet geben die Realität richtig wieder. Wohnraum und Küche waren insgesamt für für 6-7 Personen gut ausgestattet, bei mehr (bis zu neun Personen sind als Belegung angegeben) werden die Stühle und das Kaffeegeschirr knapp ;-) . Haben uns mit 7 erwachsenen Männern sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 6 Personen sehr genossen. Vorbildliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter ( sogar Kaffeepulver wurde für uns besorgt) und sehr schöne Lage der Wohnung im Ortskern mit traumhafter Kulisse haben den Urlaub abgerundet.

Great location

This property exceeded all of our expectations! Mikhal was attentive and so very kind during checkin and throughout our stay. The house is located right on the middle of town, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. An easy walk all over town. A close drove to many other attractions including Zugspitze, Patnash gorge and Neuschwanstein Castle. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this rental!
