Hilltop Red house is the perfect vacation home to relax after a full day of surfing or exploring Tofino. This property offers breathtaking views from every room. Situated on a hilltop, right in town, for quick access to restaurants and shops, this is great place for families. Guests love how easy it is to stroll to the town's harbor, go whale watching, visit the sea otters, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
Soak up the stunning views of Tofino from Hilltop Red House, your perfect vacation home. This contemporary style property features a king-size bed and spacious ensuite with a large bathtub, plus a separate bedroom on the main floor with two single beds and a second bathroom with a stand-up shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, and the spacious dining room seats up to six guests. Enjoy relaxing on the small patio, where you can BBQ or simply take in the beautiful view. The open concept living room is ideal for entertaining, or simply curling up on the double-size pull-out couch for a cozy evening indoors. A few things to notes:
Please note: We understand the desire to enjoy the breathtaking views of Tofino and its lush forests while keeping bugs at bay. It's worth noting that screens are not commonly found in Tofino as locals appreciate the natural surroundings to the fullest!
Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 25 years or older to book
Max Occupancy: 5 guests total including babies and infants.
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps (unless it fills a 2 night gap)
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.
Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed only (40 lb max)
Parking: 1 vehicle can park at the property (free). Additional vehicles will have to park on the street. There is FREE street parking from Nov-May and PAY parking May-Oct 31
Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbors and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day Cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus any pesky VRBO processing fees). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
