Located close to tennis courts, basketballs courts, playground and the famous Wildwood boardwalk. This is a great quite location for your family to enjoy. Common area includes, Large heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grille area, pool side cabana, storage unit and 2 parking spots. Come enjoy your vacation in this brand new luxury condo.

Property was recently renovated with new flooring, updated kitchen and more.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

- $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable)

- 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee

Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

A Great Condo Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great rental experience - The unit was clean and bright - all necessary linens were included with the rental price. A great location as it was close to the beach and the balcony was a real bonus.

Family Fun at Hialeah 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Hialeah. This was our first stay in Unit 202. We had additional family next door in Unit 203. It worked out well for our family being next door to each other. The linens were waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was odd that 202 doesn't have a pantry like other units. We didn't have a lot of space to store food and beverages. The bunk bed needs some maintenance or replaced. It shakes whenever anyone moved while sleeping and woke the other person up. We had issues figuring out the code to get to the pool and the WiFi password. The info was wrong in the app and the printed materials in the unit. Besides that it was great. Endless hours of entertainment watching people play pickleball and tennis. A quick walk to the beach. There's a great new café with coffee and breakfast on the way to the beach. We love the pool. Definitely one of the bigger pools in the area. You can walk or drive to boardwalk. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great week at Hialeah Condo. This year in Unit 202. The unit was clean, the bedding was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Some things, however, could be improved, the sound of the dishwasher was however very unpleasant and hooks for towels in the bathrooms would be needed as well as blackout curtains in the master bedroom.

Wonderful Wildwood Crest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. Weather was perfect and the place was nice with two exceptions. We had a clogged shower drain and moldy shower curtains. We immediately contacted the property manager and he resolved the issues that day. Working with the Powers Group for the first time was a very good experience. I recommend them highly.
