3000 sq.ft. 5 BR luxury townhouse (on the 3rd and 4th floors) is ideal for multiple families! The townhouse features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, large first level living area, large open kitchen area with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Each level has its own large deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. First level bedrooms are one bedroom room with 2 twins, and another bedroom with a king. First level full bathroom. Second level has 3 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bathroom. An additional full bathroom connects to the hallway and to a large bedroom with 2 twin beds. We also have another room with a king bed. The last room on the second level works as an additional sitting room; wet bar complete with sink, refrigerator, and wine cooler. Lovingly and professionally decorated! More than meets the eye!

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

It was perfect with our granddaughter, she loved the views as much as us & the pool too! So much room and it has everything you need. The Powers Group was very quick to respond from start to finish. It was fixed with the help from Rich and the owner in conversation with my wife, who is the patient one. The TVs in the master bedroom and the loft are working fine, but the TVs in the other rooms were not working. This should be addressed. Another concern is the shed. Dire need for one or two high shelves. Also, the light was not working, and some furniture had a lot of dust. Other than that, a very pleasant week.

Great find!!

This was a great place to stay for 3 families. We were 6 adults and 6 kids. It was comfortable and spacious at a fair price. Great views from all areas of the condo/townhouse!

However, this was the second year that the linens were not correct. There are three king beds, 2 queen sheets and one king sheets were delivered. Minor inconvenience to get it corrected. We did find an iron eventually! No ironing board. Rich told me that they are not listed in the provided amenities. It really should! Also, slow drainage in small second floor bathtub. Also, in the arrival instruction, it says to turn the cylinder to the right after entering pass code. It’s to the leftovers . All minor inconveniences. Great week. Again, iron and board really should be provided! Oh, and one of the kitchen trash cans need to be replaced!

Wonderful week

The house was large and clean, perfect for our family and both set of grandparents. The views of the ocean from the kitchen are so nice! The group who manages the property was quick and friendly. We actually broke something by accident and reported it right away they were there the next day to fix it. We had everything we needed! Only part I wish was better was the dollies in the parking garage, there were only 2 and 1 had 2 flat tires making it very hard to bring things up the elevator at check in, and we couldnt find one for check out. We would definitely stay again!

A week at the Wildwood NJ Shore

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the overall experience was enjoyable, there were numerous small cleanliness and maintenance issues which marred the experience and required time to fix. The condo had updated some areas. Cleanliness was okay but superficial. The views were lovely and the area was generally quiet. The kitchen had good appliances. The beds were comfortable, the HVAC and laundry worked well. Water was hot and plentiful.The instructions for getting into the condo were wrong, but we figured it out. The same with the internet, conflicting passwords instructions.The double twin bedroom on the second floor had no windows or direct access to outside the building, I am not sure that meets safetey codes for a legal bedroom. The stair bannister was dirty. There was a few issues with the upstairs hall bathroom: mold on the shower liner, which we replaced with a new shower liner (we washed the old liner, which removed most of the mold). The bathroom had a plugged drain in the bath shower tub. The vanity lights had one light socket that was ready to fall out. The armless dining chair seats sagged in the middle, making for an uncomfortable seating experience. These should be replaced.There were crumbs and other debris under the cushions in the downstairs sofas. The upstairs sofa was torn. The dishwasher only ran in "Rinse Only" and "Pots and Pans". The upstairs drink cooler leaked slowly over the tile floor during the entire week, despite efforts to contain the leak. The Master Bedroom sliding glass door screen was missing a handle and the frame was bent in the middle, making it difficult to open and close. One of the table lamps was missing a knob to turn on the light. There was a hole in wth bathroom window screen, missing floor grout and easily cleanable mold in the shower.There was a missing wheel leg in the upstairs couch. We found the missing wheel in a drawer and reinstalled.

Reviewer Comments: My family including my adult children their spouses and grandchildren have been staying here at one of the units for the last seven years except for 2020 due to COVID. We always enjoy our stay. The only issue is maintenance is slow to respond. We had a fan bulb that needed replacement and it took several days to obtain a replacement bulb even though my son texted a photo and description of the bulb. Maintenance left several different bulbs on different days that weren't even close to the correct shape and size. Other than that nothing to complain about and have already booked next year.

Also, a foot stool/ ottoman had a missing bolt almost resulted in injury. I placed it upside down to bring attention to it. I gave the shed a good cleaning, but the shelf needs repair or replaced. Weather cooperated. Now if we could do something about the dogs at Beach Colony , that would be great! LOL! Also, the toilet paper holder in master bedroom needs repair. Could use drapes on veranda doors.

Great holiday in Wildwood

We had 5 kids with us and they had a great time. Everything worked well except the key box which was blocked closed, so we could not get the key to the locker. But the locker was unlocked so we still had access to the beach chairs and chariot. All and all, everything was just fine and efficient. We recommend this place without reservation.

Beautiful Place - great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very clean and spacious with mostly all of the essentials you would need except beach equipment and linens. Some minor things we noticed (reclining chairs on balcony rusted and broken, one of the ceiling fans wasn't working properly, door handle on slider door broken off). It was perfect for my family with an elderly grandparent who was able to stay in the 1st floor bedroom without having to use any stairs. Our children had ample room as it has a great open concept. The beach is a few steps away with great views from the kitchen, balcony, and bedrooms. The one big issue I had, which is more of a property management concern, was that the AC unit on the first floor was not working - we had tried to contact the number listed on the website and hospitality app multiple times and no one responded to call, text, or email. thankfully it wasn't a brutally hot week and the upstairs unit was working which made it bearable. Overall it was a great stay - I do wish there was better communication with someone to handle any issues that arose during the stay. It was our second year staying the week of labor day and we look forward to staying again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So glad this unit was available this year having missed last year due to the pandemic. Previous years we stayed in the unit next door. This condo had a much better view of the beach and ocean from multiple locations in the unit. Plenty of room for my adult children and grandchildren. Only minor issues with one broken ceiling fan and others with heavy dust on them. Also this unit doesn't have a pantry in the kitchen. Plenty of cabinets but little space to store groceries and beverages. One shower curtain was very moldy. But overall I would rent it again.

1. Discrepancy between bed types on VRBO vs write-up, no response to email when inquiring about it, resulted in wrong sheet sizes. 2. Wi-fi password was listed incorrectly and multiple networks and passwords were listed, had to call to resolve 3. Advertised pool which was not open upon check-in, had to call realtor who sent me to the elevator for the maintenance phone number, made another call to maintenance which was not answered, received returned call which told us to send the kids to the "big" pool down the street (the ocean). And that was all Day 1. Would not rent again

Nice unit, very roomy, comfortable, and we'll stocked kitchen. Pretty clean...some things missed when cleaned- lint ball on dryer, coffee grounds in cabinet, vomit spots on hallway wall. going into a king bedroom upstairs, otherwise very clean bathrooms and kitchen.
