Enjoy our beach condo in the center of Seaside Heights, NJ located right next to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. Your family will be close to everything Seaside Heights has to offer. Enjoy the morning ocean breeze sitting outside on our patio. Spacious 3-bed 2-bath condo, with living room and dining rooms. Smart TVs in every room! Two car covered garage. Extra perks: beach passes, beach gear, extra street parking pass, and bikes for you and your family to enjoy!

OUR HOME:
-Large Smart TVs in our living room (65"), and in all 3 bedrooms.
-3 bedrooms, with small desks for work, if needed.
-Closet with hangers in every bedroom.
-2 full baths, each with double vanity and bathtub.
-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge (water dispenser and ice maker), stainless steel dishwasher, stove and oven.
-Dishes, cookware, coffee maker, Keurig, all included.
-Modern washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

Layout of Unit: Unit is one flight of stairs above the ground floor garage. Entire unit it signal level.

-Steps from the Seaside Heights and Boardwalk (Direct view of Midway Steak House on the Boardwalk)
-Park your car and never have to move it during your entire stay - everything within walking distance
-Waterpark within walking distance
-GoKarts within walking distance
-Steps from Lucky Leo arcades, rides, and Kohr's delicious custard

We strive to provide a quality, clean and warm home for your stay. We are looking for people that want to go away, enjoy the area, have the best time and make amazing memories!

No parties or groups under 25. This is our family home and we prefer families or adult groups who will treat it like their own home too.

Minimum Stay Requirements for the following Months:
June 15-Aug 15 Weekly Bookings Preferred, check in Saturday, check out Saturdays

**We do have some flexibility on summer dates. Please message us if you need to check in on alternate days!

3 day minimums on Memorial and Labor Day

Great location to the boardwalk. Jenny is wonderful to work with and was very accommodating when the Polar Plunge was moved two weeks. Condo has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Great home in a perfect location

We were very impressed with the condo. The condo is very spacious and well-kept. We really enjoyed the location as it was close to the boardwalk and beach. We definitely plan on coming back again.

Has everything!

This place has it all from beach chair, toys and bikes to toothpaste and disposable razors (thank goodness as I forgot mine). They’ve thought of everything. Would be a great place for littles too with toys and books and even bathtub toys. Great location, comfy beds and super clean. Will return!

Great Location

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The location was so close to the boardwalk and beach. We had no issues and would definitely recommend this condo.

Seaside Heights

Perfect location just minutes from the beach and boardwalk. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. It was a very enjoyable trip. The owners were great and sent perfect instructions.

Great location

We enjoyed the rental very much. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We could see the boardwalk from the balcony. The rental had everything and anyhing that we needed for the week. Jenny was very quick to respond with any questions

Really good location. Balcony is looking right at midway steaks. (My favorite cheesesteak spot) The owner leaves a good assortment of stuff you will need. We were able to use their bikes, beach equipment and beach passes. I needed a micro usb and they had a pack of random cables in the living room. Well thought out with what to leave for people to use. Saved a good amount of money not renting bikes or paying for beach passes.

Great condo and location! Very clean!

We were ver impressed with our condo cleanings, and location. The boardwalk is right there! Steps away from all the attractions. So many kids toys and accommodations with this property. We were blown away. Thank you for making our stay so special! The hosts are amazing!

Job Trip

Our stay was so amazing. Jenny & James was great with answering the phone if i needed them for anything. The house was very clean and it was equipped with everything you needed. The beach and boardwalk was right across the street, parking was amazing the garage fitted 2 vehicles. I will make it a priority next time to stay at there place again. Thank You Simone Yarrell

Location, vacation !!

Excellent!! Wow, great location, vacation!! We couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo was a block from the boardwalk which was centrally located to everything on the boardwalk! The condo was very clean and spacious! The condo was supplied with most necessities needed to enjoy your stay!! My family and I, would definitely love to stay here again in the future!! Great house!

House was great for a big family. Clean and had everything you needed. Very close to beach and best location to boardwalk halfway. There is a spicket outside to rinse off after beach. And storage inclised garage where we kept beach stuff and strollers. Washer and dryer really helped us out too!

Just like home

This condo was perfect for entire family! Plenty of room for family movies, or game play. Kids room heavily stocked with toys, games, books for all ages. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms all stocked with absolutely everything a person could need. Also provided all beach amenities! Literally just like home. The owners were amazing, easily reachable, and gave very clear, precise directions fir all aspects of the stay! Definitely would stay again!

Very accommodating hosts!

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Extra paper supplies, cute coffee bar, and guests (including us) left un-opened supplies to pay it forward to next renters. Hosts were more than generous in proactively offering us an early check in and late departure (because of availability). It made a huge difference and extended our enjoyment of both the first and last day of our vacation. This condo is very close to beach for going back and forth and right in the middle of all the Seaside action. Balcony for fireworks is the best! Thank you, we had a great stay!

Home away from home and more!

Our hosts provided everything we needed and more! The location speaks for itself; close to everything! This rental is perfectly stocked with so many amenities I wouldn't have thought would help it feel like home away from home! This rental abounds with the thoughtful care from the owners' apparent desire to make a stay here as perfect as possible! The youngest in our party (almost 3) had no lack of fun play items to choose from! For larger vehicles, navigating parking in the garage is challenging. Staying off season is surely to our liking. 100% recommend!!

Sister’s 60th birthday

My sister wanted to go to the beach for her 60th birthday so she decided that she wanted to go to the Jersey shore since she has not been there in years. I found this home to be the perfect fit for our family to stay. It is literally minutes walking to the boardwalk and beach. Jenny’s home is so perfect for a family with children because my granddaughter loved all the toys when she walked in. She couldn’t even get away from the little ice cream shop they had there to play with. Jenny was very helpful and accommodating with any questions I had. Thank you again Jenny for making my sisters birthday memorable.

perfect location, comfortable, great hosts

Stayed here with my teen/adult kids and their friends. Everyone loved it! The location is very close to the beach, and we could see the fireworks from the balcony. Beds are comfortable, A/C and room fans worked well, kitchen well stocked, lots of hooks in the bathrooms for all the towels, full size washer and dryer, multiple TVs to stream personal content. Beach umbrella, chairs and blankets in the garage. (bikes also but we did not use). We fit 2 mid-size SUVs in the garage, but it is a little tricky! Nice to have the street parking pass too. Jenny and James were friendly and responsive hosts. We have been going to Seaside Heights for years, and we would definitely stay here again😊

Was surprised by the construction going on.!

Half the time the construction noise was unbearable with the landscape contractor working 30’ away, installing driveway pavers. I called the Police be cause the constant noise was above 70db levels. Only then did they move the saw area away from the sliding glass door.

Hi James! We are sorry about the construction noise from the property next door. The town only permits construction during specific hours and noise should be kept below a specific level. We contacted the construction company and confirmed that they will adhere to this going forward. They confirmed that the external construction is complete. Despite this, we hope you and your family had a chance to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, house amenities and all the wonderful things the shore has to offer.

“Jenny On The (Ocean) Block” was the best!

This property was great! Our host, Jenny, was awesome! Super responsive to questions! The property was VERY CLEAN and SUPER CONVENIENT! It was steps away from the boardwalk which led to the beach. It was quicker to go back to the condo to go to the bathroom then to wait on line at the public restrooms. The property is definitely conducive for families with littles. We did not have kids but those that do will find this place perfect for them. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of appliances and amenities you would need. Quiet and efficient Washer and dryer always a plus as well as a dishwasher. Parking for three cars was very helpful to me and my crew. Balcony was great and the living space was perfect. The beach amenities were awesome! Beach cart, chairs, toys, etc. we’re a plus! I love the bikes and the ability to take morning rides on the boardwalk. Definitely a great time and the perfect host always makes a stay that much more enjoyable! There are definitely some places that had great nightlife vibes. Thanks Jenny and James! We had a great time!

Absolutely Perfect!

Our visit to Seaside Heights couldn't have been more perfect! It was a quick get away for our group of 7 ,but our experience was nothing short of perfect! My teenage son ,daughter 2 of their friends, my Mom , Step Dad and myself visited Seaside Heights S- W.( depsite the 4 night minimum stated on the site, we contacted Jenny about only staying 3 nights and she was happy to allow us to still stay at the Condo. Communication was great during the pre trip planning w any questions we had being answered promptly. Upon arrival we were greeted by the neighbor who helped us get our vehicles parked in the garage which can be a little tricky due to the tandem parking. The condo was very spacious,clean and extremely well stocked w many " extras" that are there to use if needed. We enjoyed the bikes as well as the beach chairs,blankets, umbrella ,beach toys and boogie boards that were available for us to use. The location is perfect if you plan to spend your time between the condo and the beach/ boardwalk. As stated on the site..It was literally a min walk to the boardwalk and 3 to the beach! We were extremely pleased with our visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering a stay at Seaside. You won't regret it!
