This fully stocked kitchen has tons of counter space for meal prep and includes all your cooking essentialsācookware, dishes, and silverware. All major appliances are stainless steel, and youāll find handy small appliances like a toaster, blender, and hand mixer to make cooking a breeze. We also provide dish soap, paper towels, and hand towels.
Bathroom
The home features one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest receives a large bath towel and washcloth, plus dark makeup-removal towels for added convenience.
Bedrooms
Youāll love sinking into bed hereāboth bedrooms feature queen-size beds with linens and soft pillows for ultimate comfort. One bedroom also includes a TV for late-night winding down.
Sunroom & Backyard
A unique highlight of this home is the converted sunroom, now a peaceful space for your at-home gym and meditation practice. Step through to the scenic backyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Parking: Private driveway for this home to the right below the front porch that can fit 2 small vehicles, the driveway is narrow. Street parking is also available on a first come first serve basis.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. *PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
