Basic Kitchenware: We provide basic kitchenware only and do not offer a fully stocked kitchen with extensive cookware or complete kitchen items. Our goal is to provide a comfortable furnished home for your transitional stay. Guests are welcome to purchase any additional kitchenware or equipment they may need.

Cleaning: We follow a strict protocol to deeply clean and sanitize your unit before check-in. We also clean and maintain the public areas for your enjoyment. If you would like cleaning services for your private unit during your stay, our housekeepers are available for an additional fee.

House rule compliance is required: We strictly prohibit the use of drugs, marijuana, parties, and loud music on the property and its surroundings. For security purposes, only registered guests are allowed to access the property, except for pre-approved family member visits.

Check-in / Check-out Time: Please make sure to have your ID with you during check-in. Our standard check-in time is 5:00 pm or later, and check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier, with the option of a late check-out at 11:00 am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Parking: We offer complimentary parking for one vehicle. While parking is generally available on-site, spaces are shared and we do not reserve a specific parking spot for any guest’s exclusive use.

Pets: We warmly welcome well-behaved and trained pets.
