Beautiful, Beach Block, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, 3 floors ,one car garage townhouse. The first floor has a full bathroom, two bedrooms, access to the back yard for grilling, and access to the garage. The second floor has open concept living with spacious living room with sleeper sofa, sitting area, kitchen, half bath and access to the front and back decks. Upstairs has a large primary suite with a private balcony and ensuite. High speed internet, smart TV in all bedrooms. Beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrella included with your stay. New FLOORING in kitchen and dining area.
Kitchen upgraded with new Keurig and airfryer.

Location : Our bright and airy three story town home is located on the desirable south end of the island in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Less than 5 mins drive to grocery store, bank, pharmacy, WaWa and gas station. The property is beach block, walk to the beach is 5 mins, requires no streets to cross. It does requires a walk through the dunes and over the soft sand.... Please view the map to see exactly how close our home is to the beach. The 4*4 entrance for Cove or Jetty is one black from the property.

Lots to see, lots of memories to be made. Beach all Day, AC all Night.

Relaxing Brigantine Beach getaway

We have been coming to Brigantine Beach for years for a peaceful retreat and this is a great place to do so. Property is clean and well maintained and at the peaceful South end of the island far from the biting flies at the North End. Definitely recommend.

Perfect beach week!

Our family stayed for 5 days which includes 4 adult children. The set up for us was perfect! Each of us had enough of our own space. Clean and stocked. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay.

The property was nice, spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my group’s needs. Only a few minutes to walk to the beach and a short car ride to the casinos. Supermarket and many other shops near by as well. My group really enjoyed the property and have no complaints at all. We would love to come back again in the future.

Beach house

The house was lovely just as pictured on the site ! The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly ! Anamika was an excellent host ! Her instructions were clear and communication with her was excellent ! She responded to questions quickly Looking forward to staying at 11 Surfside next summer

The property was clean but there was a major ant issue on the first and second floor. I don’t recommend this location for small children since there was a door leading outside in the bedroom with bunk beds and the beach was a good 10-15 minute walk.

Girls get Away

It was a cute property for a bunch of us girls to get together. The walk to the beach was a short 15-20 min walk and there was the convenience of having the grocery store and convenience stores 5 min away. The property was great for the 8 of us adults. We loved that there was a bathroom on every floor! The garage has a bunch of stuff in it so don't think you can park in it but there is several spots for street parking out front. I couldn't give this a 5 star because there were couple spots that we saw that wasn't clean and didn't want to think too much into it. All in all everything did look clean and if we would come back to this area we would consider staying here again. We very much appreciated the hosts quick responses.

Bring a Screwdriver and Duct Tape

This Unit needs TLC. There were maintenance issues throughout the Unit which added up to a lousy stay for 6 adults. Perhaps, college kids wouldn't have minded so much. The owner refunded the cleaning service fee, and promised to take care of the maintenance issues for the next renter. This, however, didn't improve our week's stay. It was an unfortunate choice for us, and the various maintenance issues affected our stay in so many ways. Too many to list! If you value cleanliness, and like things to work, stay somewhere else. It's a long walk to the beach. It may be close to the end of the rental season, but our money spends the same as those staying earlier this summer. Upkeep should be an ongoing process.

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach

The townhome is in a quiet neighborhood close to many thing like the grocery store, bagel shop, and restaurants. Communication with Ana was great, she’s very responsive. The property could use some upgrades but overall provides what you need for a rental property. My family stayed with our 2 small boys and they loved the house. I would stay again and recommend to others!

Perfect getaway

I rented for the Labor Day weekend for a getaway with my mother and my kids 11 and 14. I liked how there was plenty of room for everyone. There are 3 balconies. Sunday night we were able to watch the fireworks from Atlantic City. The fact that there is a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor was convenient, especially for my mother who is in her 70s and doesn’t like to do a lot of steps. This is located on the south side of the island which is quiet. The only thing to be mindful of is that you have to walk across the widest part of the dunes and beach to get to the ocean. I personally didn’t mind and found it peaceful. If you have any family members with mobility issues or very young kids and don’t want to pull them in a wagon, etc you may consider driving to the beaches in the middle of the island with a shorter distance walk over sand. I also liked that the host provided beach chairs and an umbrella so there was less that I had to pack in my car. There is also a garage where we stored our bikes that we brought down with us. Would definitely recommend.

Surfside

The house is very nice. Everything you need will be there. The walk to the beach is a little far but you drive to other parts of the island where the walk is short. You can park on the street. We had a great stay at this property. The owner of the property was helpful will all questions too.

Great Location

You can't beat the location. It's about a half mile (a little less) to the beach (walk through the dunes, no cross street) if you use the entrance recommended (map was provided in the house; something to consider when traveling with little ones but overall easy access for a group of young adults). House was as described, overall clean with some new updates (i.e., flooring and bedding), the kitchen was well equipped. Ana was very professional and easy to get ahold of. It was easy to uber into AC one night as well. Would stay again!

Weekend Get Together

Rooms are as described. As mentioned in another review, there are alot of steps but that was to be expected since kitchen and living room are on second floor and master bedroom is on third floor. Top sheets were found in the closet in each room - previous review stated there were none. Linens were all new, which was very nice. 8 beach tags provided, but only 2 new beach chairs - other chairs were older web style lawn chairs. It is beach block, but no beach access. Half mile walk to Jetty beach access, almost a mile walk to the Jetty beach itself. If you are bringing children, make sure to bring some games in case of rainy days. Property is older but has some recent updates including laminate flooring through most of house, rugs on steps and 1st floor bedrooms, and refrigerator. Overall, Ocean Pearl met our needs. Host Ana is very responsive to any questions.

Basic Accomodations

This property has the basics but needs updating. Positives: sleeps at least 5, kitchen was well equipped, front and rear decks. Negatives: many steps, 3 floors, electric outlets in bathrooms did not work, no top sheets on beds.
