The living room has comfortable seating and a large TV with a DVD player, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking venture, which allows the chef of the family to make dinner and enjoy the sunsets at the same time! The main bedroom faces south offering its own personal view and access to the balcony. An additional interior perk is a private washer/dryer.

Ocean Reef is located directly on the glistening white sand of the highly sought-after west beaches of Panama City Beach, boasting over 400 feet of beachfront property for you to enjoy the beautiful emerald waters and warm gulf air. Pamper yourself with the complex's amazing amenities like the indoor pool (open year-round), outdoor pool, workout 'room with a view', sauna, steam room, hot tub, and outdoor grilling area.

Given Ocean Reef's strategic location, there are many other beach activities such as jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing. Just up the road is entertainment for all ages! West of the complex is the much-acclaimed Pier Park ~ Panama City Beach's newest shopping experience with a movie theater and some outstanding restaurants. During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 22.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
