As soon as you enter the condo, you will see views of the beautiful Gulf from almost every corner. The living room kitchen combo is perfect for communion and hanging out with family and friends. The kitchen is well-equipped for any cooking venture! It boasts beautiful views of the beach, making the preparation of dinner enjoyable rather than a chore. It is a testimony to form and function with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV great for watching football or movies at night. The queen sofa bed adds additional sleeping capacity.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a bed, a TV, and an adjoining bath with granite countertops, dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a glass shower. The room has personal access to the balcony for the early riser who wants to watch the sunrise (not all Aqua units offer personal balcony access!). The condo provides an enclosed nook with two twin beds, a dresser, and a TV with cable. A personal washer/dryer is provided.

This getaway is ideally located in the Aqua Beachside Resort and right on the sugary white sand of the Panhandle. The complex is right next to the largest pier in Panama City Beach and offers occasional firework shows and a beautiful view of the coastline. The complex offers fantastic amenities in a lush tropical setting. Living up to its name, Aqua offers two heated pools, a hot tub, fountains, and water gardens. There is also a poolside café, spa, and great kid's program (Kid Haven at the Aqua). Within walking distance from Aqua is Pier Park with outstanding restaurants and fabulous shopping. Aqua offers the convenience of pure serenity while being centrally located to everything Panama City Beach has to give. Book today and make memories for a lifetime!

Beach chair service rental is available from March through October for an additional fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Weekend getaway
Great for two people. There were bunk beds near the entrance of the unit so it would be fine for families as well. Clean, quiet, great view, and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and Pier Park. Would absolutely stay here again.

The view is great! Nice place with easy beach access. They were working on the beach front side of the building while we were there so one of the pools was closed. Would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time.

Disappointment
Dirty floors and a lack of necessities meant day 1 was just cleaning the floors and buying items you would assume would come with a condo you're renting. A huge concern was the locks weren't working on the front door or balcony door. We had to move chairs and keep suitcases in front of doors because our 15 month old would just have access to the 18th floor balconies because the doors don't lock (the only one that locks was the sliding door in the master bedroom). When we discussed with management they never responded. This unit does NOT have wifi. Please know this before you rent. We were given a router name and wifi password (not to mention the amenties list has internet on it) and it was not functional the entire time we were there. When we asked management for details they just gave us the router name and wifi password for a router that wasn't there. We were told it was in the living room, but it wasn't there. The views are great and the Aqua staff were great, but the Vacasa management compan only communicated to us on how to get in and how to buy our parking pass. Once we had actual conerns (dirty floors was disappointing, but something we could take care of) the management company stopped communicating with us.

Condo and location was great. My only complaint was - there was construction going on a cando down the hallway. They were starting way before 8:00AM, Had no success in reaching someone who could help me. Security would not answer, and the office downstairs told me I had to call the owner, because they didn't manage that condo.....

Great view & location
Condo had a great view and great location. The walls are nice & thick and you never hear any outside or neighbor noise. The management company provides virtually nothing for your stay so you need to bring everything with you - even salt & pepper. Individual homeowners are more generous and friendly and provide you with basic essentials and paper products for your stay. This is different from our VRBO experiences in the past. At first glance the place was clean enough, but it did need a good, deep cleaning. Bring your own cleaning products - even just clorox wipes, they provide nothing. It looks like it was recently painted so we had issues with missing outlet covers, missing or inoperable light fixtures and smoke detectors hanging off the walls.
