This 3 bedroom, 2 bath adorably decorated Bluewater unit is on the 14th floor, east end unit. It has a large wrap-around balcony with direct view of the Gulf of Mexico that is breath taking. A large dining table on the balcony makes for great gulf-front family meals. Split bedroom floor plan give real privacy for the master bedroom with a direct gulf view.

Bluewater is located in the heart of Orange Beach, conveniently located to any and all activities including: dining, shopping, miniature golf, nightlife, golf and more.

Excellent location. Awesome view. Clean and comfortable unit. Grounds and pools were attended daily and kept very clean. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo. Good and prompt communication with owner. We absolutely loved it and definitely plan to return. prompt communication with the owner.

We had a great stay. Condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Full size washer and dryer is a such a plus. Loved the big comfortable sofa. The dinning room table was big enough for everyone to eat together. Would come back again.

This was a fantastic place. Perfect location - close to everything. About a 10 min drive from Gulf Shores but right in the middle of Orange Beach. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views- Saw dolphins from balcony every morning. Highly recommend!

Nice location. Clean building. Have to check in at different location. Could be done via email. I’ve stayed many places where you can upload personal info and not have to go to another location to check in. Leave parking passes & info in room.Besides that enjoyed stay.

Quiet Retreat

I was I a little tired...from the traffic upon arrival. But I kept smiling and even though I didn't read the instructions as I was told to, the owner did work with me. Thank you again. This property is extremely nice, and I will do it again. I spoke very highly to family and friends about this property, and they are intrigued, and very interested. The views are amazing, breathtaking, and quiet worth every penny.

This is an amazing condo. My only issue was the increase in a parking pass. One paper says $30 but then it was increased to $65 but not on the paper. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Absolutely Perfect

Everything we could have asked for and more. Your oversized balcony overlooks the ocean, and wraps around the entire outside of the unit. The balcony is much larger than the pictures give it credit. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the unit to the ocean. The pools are well maintained and clean. Centrally located with many awesome restaurants and attractions within a mile. My only recommendation is to make sure you read the check in guide thoroughly, as it does contain lots of important information. In my onions is the one if the best values you’ll find within the orange beach and gulf shores area.

Amazing vacation stay

We stayed at this condo for a week and had a really great time. The condo was extremely clean and we'll equipped. The owner was very communicative and helpful at all times. Bluewater is very well positioned within Orange Beach with many shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. As of booking the photos showed colorful wall paints, on arrival everything had been updated with a very nice beach neutral color tone. Our kids said their beds were very comfortable, the master bed was so comfortable that I am currently trying to find where to buy one. The best sleep I have had in years. Washer and dryer were very nice to have in unit. The pools and hot tub were a fun addition for the kids. We will definitely be staying here again when we return in the future, and I highly recommend this unit to others looking for a perfectly laid back vacation with family.

Beautiful view

We stayed 4 days at this condo. The view was breath taking! Beds were alright. Condo has been redone since the pictures listed and was more cosmetically up to date. Walk to the beach was just a few short minutes and had 2 pools On the property. They even had a little kiddie pool for little guys. The windows in the condo were very drafty and couldn’t get the master bedroom door to open at all. We did get locked out on our 2nd day and it took about and hour to get it fixed but owner was in constant contact. So many fun things to do all within 20 minutes! On a side note, not very amenities at the property. Only 2 rolls of TP for a family of 5 for 5 days as well as 2 trash bags and one thing of laundry soap. Had to buy all the essentials. Overall, it was a good stay though.

Lovely Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property manager was so friendly and great to work with. She communicated promptly and made check in super convenient for us. The condo is nicely updated from the pictures. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the very large balcony. As stated you will need to pay for a parking pass. It is 65 dollars and you need cash. I really liked how parking was so close to the condo, literally right out the elevator. Both of the pools were nice. We would definitely go again.

Perfect condo on the beach

Let me start by saying the view from the condo was amazing. My husband and I would sit on the balcony in the morning and drink coffee. We saw dolphins every morning. Speaking of the balcony, it is huge. The additional rooms had access to the balcony as well as the living room and master bedroom. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds as well as views of the ocean. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, utensils, pots/pans and even plastic containers for storage. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Perfect home away from home for a week. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Location

This property was perfect for my family, from my 60+ mom to my 6 year old twins. We loved it! The unit was immaculate, and we had no issues during our entire stay. There is a dollar general and an Alvin’s Island souvenir shop directly across the street; we walked there a couple of times during our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean. The security staff take pride in their jobs. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Everything great but parking situation

3 stars due to huge problem with one of the security guards over parking permit. Parking is not included in your stay, you must purchase an additional $35 pass per vehicle. Didn't know that when initially booked . That wasn't main issue however, we were more than willing to pay but the woman guard was extremely rude and unhelpful, literally slammed the door in our face and proceeded to tell owner we refused to pay. Would probably think twice before staying there again simply due to the attitude she had.

Orange beach vacation

Check in process is not a standard check in. We we’re instructed to drive to another town to get door code and kit that was to include toilet paper, laundry soap and dish washer soap. No parking pass provided. You would think at least one pass would be included with rental. Condo security said the pass should be in room, however the owner said we had to pay for it at the security gate. Security waved the fees for the parking pass. Upon our arrival and speaking with the owner we were told a new TV was in a box that the housekeeper couldn’t hook up,but if we new how we could do it! So we had no TV in the living room!! The condo was still being renovated which was not in the original listing , it was later that we found out it was still in repair. We had live under cabinet wiring exposed with NO caps on the wires, ice maker didn’t work, the hall bathroom tub didn’t drain, broken furniture in living room. The patio furniture was rusted and rotting wood. We had no cold running water in the kitchen. The chandelier was held together with wire and enjoyed having a exterminator show up to spay during our visit. The beach was great! Won’t be returning to this location.
