This home has been updated in 2020 with a patio set, decor, dining set, and mattresses! Enjoy the peace, quiet, and seclusion in this beautiful top-floor corner home. With no rooms above and only one common shared wall, this 1,600-square-feet of vacation bliss plus a spacious private balcony is sure to blow you away. The condo has been updated with two huge double-glass sliding doors to the private balcony overlooking the beautiful inner courtyard with a swimming pool and outdoor Viking-style gas grills.

You'll have high ceilings in the bedrooms and throughout the living area, with wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows and canopy style beams on the roof overhang - just a few special finishing touches you cannot find anywhere else. No need to convert the living room into a bedroom, as there are enough beds for the whole crew. There are four HDTVs, a 42-inch TV, and a DVD player in the living room. There are also three 26-inch TVs with built-in DVD players in all of the other bedrooms which are also all compatible with your video game console, so don't forget to bring your PS4 or Xbox for the kids. Ceiling fans are equipped in the living room and in all three bedrooms.

The gourmet kitchen with GE profile stainless steel appliances includes a slide-in electric range, a microwave, a French-door refrigerator, and a built-in dishwasher. You'll also have granite countertops, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and abundant cabinet and pantry space. Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
