The Deer Valley Resort seasonal pool and year-round hot tub are steps away, as are the complex tennis and basketball courts. Arrive at the Sterling Express and Viking ski lifts in a half-mile.
LIVING AREA
High ceilings soar in the airy living room. Settle into a cushy sectional and take in the mountain views. A 50” Roku TV makes it easy to queue up a favorite film.
KITCHEN & DINING
Channel your inner chef in an open-concept kitchen, configured with a breakfast bar for six and a generous stretch of tiled counter space.
When it's time to eat, share a home-cooked meal at the six-person dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The three-story townhome sleeps up to six guests in four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 32” Roku TV.
A spacious loft doubles as the master suite. This inviting sanctuary features a king bed and cozy living area with a futon. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom features a queen waterbed plus an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has both a twin bed and twin daybed, while the third bedroom is a comfy retreat detailed with a queen bed and access to the deck. An adjacent third bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.
A new and modern bathroom has been added to the loft, as well as a sitting area.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Soothe your spirit in the private hot tub on the deck. Or host a mountain-view cookout on the balcony, equipped with a gas grill.
The shared 7’-deep pool (open seasonally) and hot tub (open year-round) are a short walk from your door. Pull up a lounge chair and relax in the sun or the shade. The seasonal tennis and basketball court are also close by.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two vehicles.
This townhome does not have air-conditioning.

With the Sterling Express and Viking ski lifts within a half-mile from your door, this Deer Valley Resort getaway is perfectly positioned for outdoor adventure. The Round Valley Way Trailhead is a 15-minute drive, and Bloods Lake is a favorite place for hiking and spotting wildlife (a 20-minute drive).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
