Beautifully updated condominium #209 located within the upscale Black Bear Lodge in the Silver Lake Village area of Deer Valley. This rustic yet stylish home features a fully equipped kitchen with center island. Large, comfortable dining area. Two bedroom suites, each with a private full bathroom. Bedroom #1 sleeps three with a king bed and a futon bed. Bedroom #2 sleeps four with a king bed and bunk beds. We also have a queen AeroBed which can be set up in the living room. Comfortable and spacious living room with beautiful natural stone gas fireplace. There is also a convenient third full bathroom just off the living area. In-unit washer & dryer and central air, too! After a day of adventure, retreat to the deck for a soak in the private Jacuzzi and enjoy the breathtaking, scenic mountain views!

Spacious condo! Location is extremely convenient for skiing at Deer Valley. The host Karin reached out proactively by text several times and was very responsive. We loved having 3 bathrooms, our own hot tub, and our own washer/dryer.

Wonderful stay in DV

Our one week stay in DV was wonderful. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The owner was really organized, super easy to communicate with, and checked in twice to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location and proximity to Silver Lake is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

2025 Family Ski Trip

Our stay was wonderful. Great location to everything! Clean, well equipped, Karin was lovely to work with from start to finish and so helpful. Very spacious for our party of 5. We can’t wait to come back next season!

great location, as advertised

The property was as-advertised. It is a bit rustic but very comfortable and walkable to Silver Lake Lodge. It had everything we needed for our ski vacation - including the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Some of fixtures were a bit dated but everything worked well.Communication with the owner was fantastic.

Owners are amazing people

Karin was so helpful and responsive. She made our stay. The property has several deferred maintenance needs, is dated and would benefit from some upgrades and TLC. The location is close to the slopes. And once again we can’t say enough about how wonderful the owners are.

Our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children (age 6 and 4) had a wonderful ski vacation away! Property was clean, close to slopes and fit everyone with ease!

Ski Getaway

We had an awesome ski getaway at Deer Valley! This was a great place to stay with easy access to the slopes (5 min walk) which was great for the 3 generations of skiers in our family. The condo was easy to access, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with host was also timely and helpful. We much appreciated the extras as well including welcome basket with New Year’s celebration gifts! Our family enjoyed the variety of games to play together. We also put to use the humidifiers which helped us sleep better at night. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook in most nights of our stay. We also enjoyed the private hot tub on the balcony after a tiring day on the slopes. Parking was easy as we had our own appointed parking spot and never any difficulty with access to a visitor spot in garage as well. Biggest suggestion would be to create a welcome binder with more details on the property, condo, local restaurants, etc. We ran into trouble with water from sink backing up into dishwasher and leaking onto kitchen floor. Alarming at first but discovered that if you run garbage disposal regularly that this will not happen. Also would have preferred to have filtered water and an operational ice maker but not set up in refrigerator unit. We ended up buying bottled water and making lots of ice with ice cube trays. Fixtures in bathrooms could be updated. We struggled with water pressure and dialing in to an acceptable water temperature.

Beautiful place right next to the lifts

I took my family for our first ski trip out west and this was an amazing place for it. Lovely condo with nice amenities. Very comfortably and incredibly convenient for skiing Deer Valley. No more than a five minute walk to the lifts.

From booking through check out, our stay was wonderful. Karin was accommodating, accessible, and helpful. The condo was well-appointed. Interior clean and comfortable. Location was perfection — access to the Village, walking distance to dining, easy walk to lifts.

Spring Break: Floridians Do Deer Valley

The lodge was only a few steps from the Deer Valley slopes that we enjoyed everyday of our stay. We frequented Park City's Main Street multiple times by simply contacting the Black Bear Lodge car service and taking a quick ten minute ride; the drivers were so helpful and courteous. We plan to return to the same lodge next year! The owners left a wonderful, welcoming gift basket that we appreciated, along with all the other tips she shared with us during our stay.

Very Comfortable Stay

Nice Condo

The condo itself was very nice and well appointed. I appreciate that it’s a rental unit but there are a ton of threatening signs all over the condo regarding plumbing that don’t exactly make anyone feel welcome. Also you should know that the condo is not a part of black bear lodge so shuttles are NOT included in this condo as they are with the rest of the black bear condos. We wouldn’t have rented in this area without shuttles. Don’t expect the warm and fuzzy DV service you get everywhere else with this condo, but again the condo itself is nice and very clean.

Fantastic stay at Deer Valley—mid-mountain

Family of 5: kids 10,8 and 6 plus Aunt and Uncle. Wonderfully convenient and DV is a treasured place to ski with family. We used both the hot tub on deck and had a blast in the outdoor pool and hot tub! 3 bathrooms and W/D make it so easy. It’s such a short walk to Silver Lake Lodge that you can easily come back for lunch. Easy to store skis for free at lodge. DV is a treasure and this was the perfect place to stay. My kids asked why we couldn’t buy a place here!

We had a wonderful stay! It has the perfect cozy cabin feel yet close to everything. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Communication with the property manager was great and we would come back again.

Lovely stay in peak fall PC

Very comfortable condo. It’s shoulder season so the front lobby and most of the condo was shut down and quite empty. Easy to get to trails and to the Stein Erickson for a lovely dinner. Readily available ride shares as well since we didn’t want to deal with parking in PC. The deck was really nice for reading and the beds and couch were quite comfortable. The bathmats and hall rugs could use some refreshing/washing but other than that, a great place that we will definitely return to!
