Charming Beach Cottage, private beach access, bunk room and amazing yard!

You will love your stay at our charming beach bungalow. Start off your morning walking down the street to one of the fantastic breakfast spots, then come back and sit in the courtyard and enjoy all the vegetation as the day gets going. Around back you have a screened in porch, amazing yard with citrus trees and string lights, providing even more room for friends and family. This beach cottage has an abundance of history and undeniable character.

Located within the upscale Frangista Beach neighborhood, it is a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to the PRIVATE beach entrance at Hollywood Dr.!! This is a bit of a hidden gem as far as beach access goes. There are no high-rise buildings around and the closest public beach access is past Pompano Joes which makes our private beach access much less crowded than other spots. Also, within walking distance there are multiple restaurants such as Pompano Joes, Bad A** Coffee, and our absolute favorite Pascalli Kitchen.

We have the best housekeeping staff in the area. Our house is kept immaculately clean and we and our team take great pride in making sure the house is clean, safe, and ready for each guest.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths within the main house with a 4th bonus bungalow bunk room in the backyard (with it's own AC and TV). The house layout is great for families, the bungalow room out back provides some separation for teenagers that want some space and the bunk room is perfect for younger kids to climb in and get cozy together while watching a late night show. Larger groups of adults may find the layout less ideal for your stay.

The living room is just the place to kick back and enjoy movies on the flatscreen TV. With an extra large sectional couch, your group will have plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach.

Just off the kitchen is the dining room, which is attached to the living room. The dining room is furnished with a farmhouse table and two benches.

Bedroom 4 (bunk house): full over Queen bunk Bed (sleeps 2-3)

We have a 6 seater golf cart available at the house. If you want to use it, there is a maintenance charge of $25 per day. Just let us know before checking in (must be over 25). Because golf carts can have issues from time to time, we cannot guarantee that it will be available during your stay.

We do allow pets, with a $45 fee to cover the extra cleaning. Please contact us if you are interested in bringing along your pet.
