Wonderful home away from home. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Clean, spacious, great view! Check in was easy and Larry was in ongoing communication which was amazing. Overall I highly recommend whether for a couple or a family.

The house and host were both excellent. He said not to hesitate calling him with any questions. We felt safe there and enjoyed the private beach. The beds were very comfortable. It's quiet and has a good sized side yard. Everything we needed and more was provided.

Great kayak trip

Gulf side island house had everything we needed. Was clean, comfortable, and in a gorgeous location that was close to several amazing kayaking rivers and springs. We will definitely book this gem again to investigate some more kayaking spots.

The world famous Weeki Wachee River and Mermaids are only 7 miles away. And the beautiful Chassahowitzka River is 15 miles from our Gulfside Island Beach House. Fun that's close in all directions! Great vacation home

This vacation home was great! Short walk to the gulf, quiet neighborhood, on dead end road, and great communication with the owner. Not a far drive from anywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurant 2 miles from the house - Bayport Inn. Strongly recommend this for a vacation.

Larry and his wife were absolutely amazing! My elderly dad was displaced from his home in Weeki Wachee due to electrical damage and I reside out of state. They went out of their way to personally greet him for me in my absence and we always willing to help and answer any questions. Their hospitality was superb! Would highly recommend. Property is beautiful and serene.

Tropical Oasis

"Seaclusion" is wonderful retreat. Wonderful view of ocean, tides and gorgeous sunsets! Super close and easy access to beach. Home is exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable beds. Home owner is so kind and really wants to make your stay memorable.

Beautiful property

Wonderful setting for family get together. Everything was as listed. House was clean and well put together. We loved the nearly private beach area, and relaxing on the huge deck area with a glass of wine watching the sunsets every night. Will definitely stay again!!!

Quiet beach, perfect stay

Couldn’t have been better! Away from crowds, extremely close to the beach (ocean view) and perfect for kids. The house has everything you need so pack light! Accommodating and friendly owner. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Small, quiet beach

Really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the deck and outside space! Property was exactly as advertised. Great communication from owners. We appreciated all of the extras - like paper goods, soaps, and a welcome basket!

Nice spot

Cute house. Great views. Awesome restaurants close by. Plenty of places to rent kayaks... should come with rental! Would stay there again! Excellent communication with owner!

Loved it.

My kids and I loved staying at this home. The beach and the end of the driveway was their favorite place to go during sunset. The house was very clean.

Cristina and I are very happy you and your family had a super fun time in our Pine Island Beach House. Having a Gulf of Mexico beach, all to yourselves and just a few feet away on our "dead-end" street has to be a thrill for your children. Additionally, our beach doesn't have any sharp drop-offs, rip tides or fast- moving currents. The shallow water Gulf taper allows for everyone to have a fun time. Hope to hear from you again. Great beach getaway

The property was amazing. The owners thought of everything, and provided almost all of the essential needs of vacation except for food and drinks. Great spot to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and relax in the sun or shade of the covered deck spaces. Larry was great to deal with and was an amazing host. I would definitely stay here again!

Restful Vacation Spot

We were very pleased with our vacation at this location. The house was clean, neat, and as advertised. The property owner was very nice and helpful. If a person is looking for quiet, peaceful, secluded house with unbelievable sunsets, this is the location for them. It was everything we hoped for in a beach house rental. Our family hopes to stay at this house again in the future.

Dolphin paradise!

It is a wonderful place to stay and play as a family. The beach is private, so there were no worries with kids taking a walk on the beach by themselves. The house was clean and had tons of extras. They had everything down to coffee filters, cooking oil, fishing poles with tackle, beach toys, snacks and more! We were lucky and saw dolphins every day, along with lots of different sea life. Would highly recommend!

Great Vacation

My family and I stayed 8 days at this beach side home and loved it. The house has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is full of convenient items and many extras. The immediate area has great restaurants and a great county park if you want to try a different beach. We will be back.

Wonderful time

This house was great. Perfect for our family of five. A one minute walk to the beach on a fairly quiet island is pretty awesome. Larry was exceptionally helpful at all times and this house was the best equipped house of the dozen or so vrbos I’ve been in. We would love to come back.

Island Heaven

Great property. It has it all for us. Great beach, spectacular sunsets, great stargazing, very quiet at night. House is very nice and well stocked. Larry and Christina are wonderfull and great to deal with. We are coming back!
