Treetop Retreat

2nd time staying at the property and just as impressed as the first time. Cleanly and spacious with upgraded amenities and great proximity to downtown and the beaches. Host was very responsive.

Fantastic property!

Our group of 7 loved everything about our stay. The property was nicely decorated, comfortable and very well appointed. It was located very close to town making it a quick drive in and we even even walked a few times. We would definitely return!

Girls Trip

Great house! Spacious and clean! Plenty of space to hang out in the kitchen/living room. Also great location! Very easy to get into town. No complaints! Everything was exactly what I expected.

Great Great Great!

This is a wonderful property - one of the best I’ve ever rented! Clean, well decorated, well stocked and very livable. There are multiple places in this house to socialize and to get away. If we come back to the area this is where we’ll stay.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable furniture and beds for 3 generations during wedding weekend. Main floor worked well for octogeniarians with 20 somethings & 50y.olds downstairs.

Girls weekend

This was a great house for our girls' weekend getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out with two separate living areas and lots of deck space. Beautifully decorated. Would book again. Easy pickup/drop-off for evening outings with the InterUrban service.

Great family getaway!

We had a great weekend in the treetops! Everything was fresh, with beautiful furnishings. With three couples, there are plenty of spaces to gather, inside and out. It was fun to enjoy the different options for group time and more privacy. We also enjoyed biking and walking into town. We'd love to stay again sometime!

Amazing Home

Rachel is a great host and the house is even better! It's super spacious, modern and plenty of outdoor balconies and decks. You are so close to downtown Saugatuck as well. Rachel surprised us with a welcome bottle of wine for our wedding weekend. I highly recommend this place!

Miniature 10 year high school reunion. Perfect for reconnecting and enjoying the best of what Saugatcuk has to offer. Property manager left the place clean and with clear easy check in/out instructions.

Girls Getaway

Wonderful! Beautiful home that is perfect for a group of friends or a couple of families. The decks & screened in porches provide great areas to relax with a glass of wine. Short walk to shopping & restaurants or catch the Interurban for door to door service! The property manager is easy to work with and responds quickly. We can’t wait to go back!

Mom’s trip!

This is SUCH a cute property! The location was amazing… so close to downtown Saugatuck. We didn’t cook much at the house, but we did notice there weren’t many pots and pans and the 2 nonstick pans that were there were pretty scratched up. Other than that… great location, super clean house, comfy beds, and nicely decorated! We would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend - celebrate 30!

This house is soooooo cute! It was clean and just as it had said. The attention to detail was spot on down to everything!! The bus that can pick you up to take you downtown was so nice. I can’t say enough nice things! Great host - Great house!! Thank you! We will be back.

Our stay in the "Tree house"

Our family of six adults and two small children checked into the "Tree house" an hour early. Our host was wonderfully accommodating. My three year old grandson gave the house its nickname. The house is beautiful. The view is so fabulous. You feel like you're in a forest or....up in a tree house. The location is close to everything we did in Saugatuck. It's close to Oval Beach and the Saugatuck Dunes Rides (which we loved!)!! The home was clean and and the special "touches" by the host were very appreciated. We highly recommend this rental and would love to return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Property!

This is our 5th year staying in a VRBO in Saugatuck and Rachel’s house is one of our favorites. When you first enter, you walk into a very clean and welcome house. Rachel had a snack basket and bottle of wine waiting, which was so kind. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s set up so well for multiple families that want to be together but also retreat and relax in their own space. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the mornings on the upstairs patio and loved listening to the rainstorms in the screened-in porch. Rachel was communicative and left great instructions on the house and places to go. The location was also excellent and 2 minutes to town & 5 minutes to the beach. Thank you for hosting us! 5 stars!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and made for a really enjoyable stay. We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 2,3,4,5). The bedroom setup worked well, and the living and outdoor areas were great. The only item of note for other similar groups is that the one set of parents had to sleep on a different floor than the kids which wasn’t a big deal for us, just noting there is 1 bedroom up and 3 bedrooms down. Also, there is only one parking spot, so the second car had to park on the road. Also, not a big deal, just wanted to note for other groups. Overall, we would recommend this property to others in a heartbeat.

Great House!

Our family enjoyed the size of the house, enough space to spread out. We ate meals on the patio and my kids loved they even had their own. Kitchen are was nice and had everything we needed. Not walkable to downtown Saugatuck but we knew that when booking. The city doesn’t have streets with sidewalks that are easily accessible from the property. However, you can always book a ride on the Interurban bus to pick upu up!
