Thank you for your 4‑star review and for choosing Skyview Penthouse. We’re glad the unit was very clean and well appointed. We’re sorry the inability to get gate/fitness codes before check‑in was disappointing. Our management follows the community’s access and security policies, so codes are provided at check‑in rather than in advance. We understand that’s different from renting directly with owners and apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll share your feedback with the homeowners and community management to see if any flexibility is possible. If you have other suggestions that would help us earn five stars, please share them via your Vrbo message. We hope to host you again. Warm coastal wishes, Gulf Coast Getaways Team

Thank you so much for the 5-star review and for staying with us again at Skyview Penthouse — we love that you always enjoy coming back to Navarre Beach. 💙🌊 We’re happy to hear you thought the condo itself was great, but we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the balcony work during your stay. We understand how frustrating the drilling and power washing noise can be when you’re trying to relax, and we also apologize that someone entered the unit after you were told they wouldn’t need to. We’ll be addressing this directly with the building management to help prevent this from happening again. We’re also very sorry about the cigarette smell in a non-smoking condo — that’s not the experience we want for any guest. Our team will be doing a thorough inspection and deep clean, and we’ll be taking extra steps to ensure the fresh, clean environment our guests expect. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for choosing Gulf Coast Getaways. We truly hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back to a more peaceful, perfectly relaxing stay on Navarre Beach. 🏖️✨ Warm coastal regards, Gulf Coast Getaways Team

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the views, cleanliness, space, well-equipped kitchen, big TV, and strong AC worked well for your family. I apologize for the construction and workers on the balcony during your stay and that you were notified so close to check-in — that’s not the experience we aim to provide. We’re improving how we track and disclose on-site work and will coordinate with contractors to avoid early-morning access to guest balconies when possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we hope to host you again. Gulf Coast Getaways
