Great location to downtown and surrounding areas! The 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms were perfect for our party of 4 families! Plus, the side apartment off the kitchen was a bonus! The backyard is so BEAUTIFUL! The pool area was very nice and loved hanging outside. We will definitely rent again if we are back in the area.

The property had a beautiful hot tub and pool that really made our stay special. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for both day and night use. The hot tub was a highlight—warm, spacious, and a great way to wind down in the evenings. Overall, the outdoor setup was luxurious and made the trip feel like a true retreat.

We had our annual girls' trip at this location in July. It was absolute perfection! The house was much larger than we expected, and the pool was perfect, along with the outdoor space. The kitchen table was huge and fit all of us. We loved the different sitting areas in the house, the fire pit, the large kitchen. We are talking about just going back to this same location every year! Communication wtih the hosts was excellent as well.

Amazing Experience!!!

What a beautiful house in great location! We stayed here with three other couples, and it worked out just perfectly! All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and we all had our own space to spread out. Large open kitchen, great entertainment space outside! Quiet, safe neighborhood! The host were absolutely amazing! Great communication! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

This home is Beautiful! The pictures dont do it justice! We stayed here for 4 days for our Daughter’s graduation from Lipscomb. This home has 5 master suites and everyone of them was beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was as described! The jacuzzi gets very warm and was an amazing experience in this luxury back yard!! I cant say enough about the service and experience! We had multiple questions over the 4 days and the support staff for this home through VRBO did not disappoint, very responsive and helpful! Thank you for such a great experience and value in this amazing home!

Relax and Recharge in the City

5 stars is not enough to describe this property! It's close to everything and so easily accessible to the interstate. Let me start by saying the charm of the front of the original house keeps with the history of the area, but the second you open that front door, you are met with the perfect layout, updated home and fixtures for your stay in music city. The ceilings are high, there is plenty of seating, TVs and a magnificent kitchen, if you want to cook. Hint, the kitchen table light switch is around the corner from the front door:) 5 bedrooms with so many sleeping arrangements, it was exactly what we needed for our group. Don't miss the game room/exercise room that's outside off the deck. Now, let me tell you about the outside.... the pictures are on point! The pool is perfect, the hot tub is perfect, the corn hole and putting green, perfect!! We loved it!! There were no floats, so if that's your thing, you'll have to bring/buy some. We ate outside one night and had delivery from a local Mexican restaurant with no problems. The hosts answered all our questions, and there were a lot:) I was telling our group that I'd leave a review but that I didn't want to let the cat out of the bag on how amazing this place is. We are planning our next family trip to stay here for one of the summer birthday's. You won't regret your stay here at all. It's everything you need/want and more.
