Guest Access:
You will receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a residential neighborhood just off Santa Barbara Blvd., making both ends of the Cape accessible. To the north is Pine Island Road with access to multiple shopping centers, major supermarkets, and all types of eateries. To the South, you will connect with Cape Coral Parkway, accessing the downtown experience of great food and entertainment venues.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend bringing a car to navigate the local area. Uber and Lyft are also available. The home sits on a freshwater canal and hosts a boat ramp and seawall to access the freshwater canal system of Cape Coral. However, the canal is not gulf-accessible.

Other Things to Note:
» Must be at least 25 yo. to book
» No pets allowed
» Quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM
» No parties or events allowed
» Smoking is not permitted
» Maximum occupancy is 12
» No street or grass parking, only on the driveway
» Please don’t move any furniture
» Clean the BBQ grill & turn off propane after use
» Please dispose of trash into their designated containers

Interaction with Guests:
Guest will be provided with key code access information and contact information to the local property manager once booked, and their arrival date is approaching, usually 3 days prior.

Disappointing house for the cost
Beds were great. No dressers, clothes hangers or closet doors. All appliances great. The sliding doors out to the pool are extremely hard to open. All the furniture in the house is old. The sectional has multiple stains & the cushions are so bad you are sitting on the floor. Not one good piece of furniture to be comfortable in to watch tv. The location of the house was too close to Santa Barbara. All day & night you can hear loud motorcycles & cars racing up the road. You can’t change the location but the inside needs lots of work to be worth the money they are asking for rent.
