Community requires a registration form and a lease agreement to be signed. If you are interested in using the Golf Membership and club amenities you must pay a $250 transfer fee. If you are not interested in using the club there is a $100 registration fee to the association. Additional fees apply to play golf which vary depending on time of year.

VRBO collects a 7% sales tax. The additional 5% tourist tax must be paid directly to us as VRBO is not set up to collect this. Total tax is 12%

Our rates are monthly not nightly. In season rates for 2025 (December through April) are $8,000 per month. If nightly rate does not match it will be adjusted.
