Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, quartz countertops, custom art work and modern decor!. Huge convenience with parking just steps from the condo's front the ELEVATORS!!!



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!



The condo's master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king bed and the 4th bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room and two cots for sleeping accommodations for 14.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you donā€™t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $45 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great Beach Condo

This condo is as advertised with plenty of room for a large group. Having an end unit on a parking level makes moving in and out easy. The new adult pool/bar/grill are a great addition to this property.

Stunning!

This property and the view is simply stunning. The decor is beautiful with a coastal theme. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The balcony is the place to be with unbelievable sunrises. Working with the property manager was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Excellent stay

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of seating for 8 adults. The beds were all very comfortable. Owners checked to make sure the stay was going well. Only drawback was the $45 per car parking pass, which I am sure the owner has no control over. The staff was very friendly. The pool and lazy river was quite relaxing. We will be booking next years stay very soon!

Outstanding!

This property is absolutely beautiful! Sitting out on the 2 large decks looking over the ocean was stunning. And you can walk straight off the grass onto the sand and paddle your feet! Kerry-Lee is a a great host - very warm and welcoming and easy to contact. The whole property is so tastefully decorated with all quality inclusions and fully self contained. It makes you never want to leave!

Exceptional Girlsā€™ trip destination

Our Girlsā€™ trip was so much fun and enhanced by the extras this property offered. First, and most importantā€¦.CLEAN! You can tell attention is paid in the detail. Everyone agreed the beds/bedding were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with both Brew style AND K-cup coffee makers. Close to ALL the fabulous local Restaurants. Being on a parking level really did make it easy to access the condo. When taking the elevator, it was fast and also clean. This spacious unit easily held our group of 7 with room to spare. Looking forward to booking this unit again when the rest of the Ladies can make it.

Amazing Property / Amazing Experience!

Thank you to Julie and your team for providing one of the most amazing vacation experiences for my family and I that we've ever had. The property was exactly as presented and an even more incredible experience once onsite. Every bedroom had a great view of the ocean! This stay meant even more to our family because we were traveling with our 92 years young Father and the last living Patriarch of our family-at-large. Ultimate Relaxation Destination

Super place for families and friends. Spacious yet cozy. Clean bright and well equipt with everything you would need while away from home. So many activities to do, rain or shine. My only dissatisfaction is that the master bedroom mattress is a bit soft for comfort and the bed sheets are inexpensive and poor quality for a luxury rental. I would like to see a level up or two with the bathroom towels as they are very cheep and very small. Again I would expect better in a luxury rental. But overall 5* star for for everything else in the condo. I patio furniture is wonderful, comfy and very sturdy. Great place to have your morning coffee and start your day with the sound of the gulf's waves.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo fit a group of eight comfortably. Clean, private, spacious, and conveniently located near parking garage entrance. TVs were fine and we were able to watch college football during the Labor Day weekend. Bring a Chromecast/Apple TV/firestick if youā€™d like to use Netflix. Beach conditions were great and even with the crowd, we were able to find our own space on the seashore without waking up at the crack of dawn. We spent most of our time on the beach, but the lazy river was fun while waiting for a friends to come down to head out to the beach with us and the hot tubs were hot and while we did kind of book this place with using the cafĆ© and Mine, we actually never ended up getting food or drinks from them. And the elevators wait times and space availability were definitely something we noticed but over the whole weekend I only ever had to wait maybe five minutes one time. And with the eighth floor, you maybe will stop once or twice on the way up or way down. Taking the stairs is an easy option. Maybe a 2 minute trek up or down and no one ever uses them. This place is great and I would recommend staying especially if you can stay on a parking level for easy move in and move out

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was it cleaned prior to our arrival? No pillow cases on master bedroom pillows. WE called & were told to use the ones in the closet for cot. There were NONE there. There was food left in the fridge & dishes in the dishwasher. No toilet paper supplied except one roll in one bathroom. And parking passes are $60 each in the off season. . . .We've always loved staying at the Oasis, but not sure we'll be back again.Beautiful view from condo as usual.
