You'll feel right at home in the open, airy floor plan, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning Gulf views from your private balcony. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals when you're not exploring Orange Beach's incredible seafood restaurants. Step out onto the large balcony where you can walk directly to the beach or pool—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding with a sunset drink.

The primary bedroom is ensuite and features private balcony access, ensuring you never miss those beautiful Gulf views. The first guest bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom. The remaining two guest bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom that also opens to the hallway, providing both privacy and practicality for everyone. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide extra comfort and convenience.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, The Enclave sits directly across from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and more—everything you need is within easy reach. With only 70 units, this low-density complex offers a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. Ground-level convenience means no long elevator waits and effortless access to the beach and pool.

Guests can enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the soft white sands of the Gulf.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
