We absolutely loved this place. It was the right size for our group, everyone enjoyed their own privacy, while being together for all the wonderful family experiences. It was in great proximity to all the outdoor activities you could enjoy, yet the privacy you want when being apart of nature. For the most part it was cIean, and had every convenience you could ask for. Our only issues were pet hair on the chairs in the master (I'm allergic) and the condition of some of the game equipment. I immediately emailed the issues and received a speedy response. We all agree we'd stay here again and again!

We had a fantastic stay, check-in and check-out were easy and seamless, the house was in great condition at check in, stocked with everything we needed for cooking, ect. The game room was perfect for the kids!

We had a wonderful family reunion at Moose Ridge. The house was perfect for our group of 16, ages from 76 to 1 years old. The views out of all the windows are breathtaking. The house had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed an exciting family ping pong tournament in the fun game room. The hot tub and beautiful grounds added to the fun. Easy access to Grand Lake activities as well as Shadow Mountain Lake.

this was an 80th birthday celebration for my wife, Linda. we are originally from New Jersey and the whole family was invited for this special week. there were 13 that stayed and we could not have found a better home to rent. the game room was a big hit for the younger folks. being close to RMNP was a big plus. you get a 10 for an overall rating.

This was our home for a week at RMNP with a church youth group and adult leaders. Fantastic location with beautiful views and all the amenities you could ask for!We highly recommend Moose Ridge!

Great Family Stay

This place was close to perfect. We had kids 11 and under and they lived in the game room every afternoon. Kitchen was set up well and they had lots of the things you forget you needed. House was clean and it was just a great vacation spot. Whether it was them or us we missed that there was no air conditioning. It was a little stuffy in the afternoons, but it was usually cooled off at night before we went to bed. I didn't realize it was not on the water, but we could see a view from the front porches and windows. The house was perfect, I just need to read the discription more thoroughly! We would go again, maybe just not in July. Thank you for the wonderful week of memories!

Perfect venue for family reunion

Mountain retreat

Perfect for Family Trip

This lovely house had amazing views all around and was perfect for all the different age ranges in our family. We were pleasantly surprised by all the supplies and amenities provided including a working scoreboard for all the games in the garage. It is perfectly located for quick driving access to Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. I would definitely seek this one out again for another trip! Thank you!

Trip of a lifetime!

I booked this place for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. 15 family members stayed at the house, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house has a great layout, plenty of activities for kids/adults, and breathtaking views. I had a few questions about the house/area during our stay, and the owners responded within minutes. I highly recommend this place for any occasion! Thank you!

Great family getaway

This place was absolutely perfect for our 3 families. So much space for everyone to sleep and hang out- fun games for the kids and adults, hot tub was hot and ready to go. Well stocked, super clean, just pretty much perfect! So many beautiful views to see moose! Thanks so much- our families had a blast!

Perfect getaway

The home is beautiful, even better than the pictures look. Plenty of space for large gatherings, tons of activities, comfortable beds. Views were spectacular. Tons of amenities, the game room is fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Amazing for big family gatherings

This home is even prettier than the pictures. We rented it for 3 days for a family new years/late holiday gathering and we all were so impressed with the space. The home is very well appointed, immaculately clean and we loved that they had left up the simple & classy holiday decor even though it was after New Years, adding to the warm and welcoming vibe of the space. The views are stunning, the hot tub absolute perfection and so clean, the game room an amazing space for kids & adults to play and the upstairs loft had so many perfect little toys for the younger kiddos in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes (even kid sized ones), lots of pantry space, a large fridge & even a drink fridge, pans and even two crockpots. We would have loved some larger mixing bowls (there are a few super tiny ones, so we had to use a large pot to mix up pancake batter & to serve salad) and a flatter skillet/pan for making pancakes. The checkin process was easy and promptly communicated, with a few checkins while we were there to ensure everything was going well. Checkout was simple too and we appreciated that there wasn’t a lot of steps to checking out (with linens & such), just basic things to get ourselves out. Overall we def give this home 5 stars, as we couldn’t have asked for a better space for our group! Would definitely come back!

First time in Colorado

This was our family's first time in CO. We brought my 83 year old grandma to check snowmobiling off her bucket list. The house was great. We had 13 people including 5 kids aged 5-11. The bunk beds were great for the kids and there was plenty of room for our whole family. The playroom with the pop-a-shot, ping pong, pool table, and Wii was a hit. We also had a blast sledding down the driveway several days. My favorite part was the views. At times it just didn't seem real. The property manager was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this great property!

Great place with beautiful views

We loved staying here. We host a get together for some friends here and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub and game room were hits, and the views are amazing. I hope to be back again in the future.

Great game room and views

Stayed with a group of guys for a golf outing. The game room/garage was awesome for recreation. Enjoyed the views and outside space. For adults it’s pretty tight in the lower Bunkroom, would be great for kids.
