Enjoy this spacious two story single family chalet that features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, loft, stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table and firepit located in scenic Arrowhead Lake. The house offers 4 beds with 2 additional sleeper sofas and a pack & play, and is the perfect place to stay with friends & family year-round! Relax around the fire pit or enjoy coffee on the main deck! The chalet is within walking distance to one of the community's heated pools. The community offers many amenities...6 pools, lakes w/ beaches, cafe, miniature golf, paddle boats, kayaks, 6 playgrounds, 6 basketball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, 2 softball fields, gym, fishing, 2 dog parks, outdoor ice skating. (Some amenities are seasonal.)

There are also indoor/outdoor water parks, skiing, dining, hiking, casinos, wineries and more conveniently located nearby!

ARROWHEAD LAKE RENTAL POLICY
**Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community which provides added safety**

Arrowhead Lake requires advanced registration a minimum of three days prior to arrival for no additional charge. Last minute reservations can be accepted two days to a minimum of 24 hours in advance for an additional fee of $100 (late fee), which will be added after booking. Guests are also responsible for community fees for guests and vehicles, which will be added after booking (not included in nightly rate or booking price). Reservations made or information submitted after the deadline are subject to the $100 late fee. Registration information will be requested after booking.

GUEST REGISTRATION: Detailed instructions will be provided following booking, and guests are responsible for community registration fees, which will be added after booking.

VEHICLE REGISTRATION: Vehicle registration is required. Digital QR codes will be issued for each vehicle. The first two are included in the booking, each additional is $20. Each driver must have a valid drivers license, and each vehicle must have a valid registration. Rentals are allowed, guests will need to bring their ID's and rental agreement/vehicle registration into the office.

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP: Guest registration is required, and fees apply for guests ages six and up. This provides access to the wide array of community amenities. Fees ensure that the community maintains its beauty, safety & security. The guest fees are as follows:

- In Season/Summer Season (Mid May - Mid Sept):
$8.50/person per night
$40 per week

- Off Season/Winter Season (Mid Sept - Mid May):
$2/person per night

Reservations that are canceled five or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund of their paid registration fees. This only applies to the registration fees, not the price paid for booking the property.

Please note the community is closed to the public & any vehicles not included with your rental registration. Any day or overnight visitors must be registered in the same manner as guests, same rules and pricing apply. The maximum total may not exceed the house limit for guests, day visitors included.

Other things to note:
SUPPLIES: A starter supply of basic essentials will be provided for your convenience.
NOISE: Please be considerate of neighbors. NO parties or events to be held at the chalet. Loud music/noise past 9pm may be reported to security if bothersome, and guests will be responsible for any fines.
TRASH: A garbage & recycling center is located inside the Main Gate behind Member Services. We ask that you drop off trash before leaving. The center is drive through and manned with someone to assist with drop off between 8am and 6pm, but is open until 10pm for self-service drop off.
